(27th day)

Winter's P.O.V

I lay peacefully in my newly provided bed,(Sponsored by Jimin) the soft cushions enveloping me in a cocoon of comfort, tempting me to drift off to dreamland. The deal had brought an unexpected sense of serenity into my life, transforming my once restless nights in the jail cell into moments of blissful repose in my new spacious room.

(Something like this but imagine it being more spacious)

The room was expansive, easily able to accommodate at-least three more beds without feeling cramped

The room was expansive, easily able to accommodate at-least three more beds without feeling cramped. The grandeur of the space was immediately apparent, with its high ceilings and ample natural light streaming through large windows adorned with delicate, sheer curtains.

An elegant, low wooden table sat at the center, surrounded by plush cushions, inviting one to sit and enjoy the tranquil ambiance. The table held intricately designed vases, each brimming with fresh, fragrant flowers that added a touch of vibrant color to the room.

The walls were lined with beautiful folding screens, their panels decorated with exquisite hand-painted scenes, bringing a sense of artistry and sophistication.

The room's decor exuded opulence, with every detail meticulously curated to create an atmosphere of refined luxury. The combination of traditional and modern elements harmonized perfectly, making it not just a bedroom, but a serene and lavish retreat.

In my hand was Silkhye, a refreshing and sweet drink that tasted of delicate florals and ripe fruit, its coolness soothing my senses. With every sip, I felt the weight of the world lift, replaced by an all-encompassing tranquility. The faint glow of the bedside lamp cast a warm, golden hue across the room, enhancing the newfound peace that now graced my nights.

It's been a few days since we gave Minji her medicine, and she hasn't coughed once since then. The relief in her eyes was palpable, a silent gratitude that warmed my heart. She visited me a few times in my room, and we talked for hours, losing ourselves in laughter and stories. The gentle hum of our voices filled the space, creating a comforting rhythm that made the time slip away unnoticed.
