Chapter 1

Backstory- You are 19. Name is May. You live with Jensen and you have very few friends. You don't work. Dad and mom left you a fortune when they died. Jensen is divorced with 0 kids. You barely had a relationship with the ex-wife. He is also 46 years old🫶🏼.

May's POV.
I was watching tv in my room and eating pop corn. There was a knock on the door.
Me:" come in"
The door opens and i see Jensen.
Jensen:" hey May..im going to the store. Want anything?"
Me:" can i come with?"
Jensen:" of course, ill be waiting in the car."
I smile and get ready. I put my crocs on and put a hoodie on. I take the popcorn bowl and run downstairs to the kitchen. I put it in the sink and run to the car. I get in and close the door. He starts the car and drives off. We were vibing to the music. We both sang and laughed until we got to the store. We get out.
Jensen:" dont go wondering off"
Me:" alrighttt"
We got to the freezer area and get two pizzas. I go to the snack isle and grab some Oreos. I put them in the basket and i quickly catch up to him.
Jensen:" thats it?"
Me:" yeah "
Jensen:" alr i just have to get somethings and we are good to go."
We went to the mens section and he got some stuff that he needed. I saw some condoms and laughed. He looked at me.
Jensen:" what?"
I show him the box.
Jensen:" you have the mind of a middle school boy."
Me:" oh whatever. It was funny"
He rolls his eyes.
Jensen:" lets go"
We walk to the register and he pays. We walk out.  I open the backs seat door and put the bags there. I then get in the car. He starts driving.
Jensen:" you wanna go get ice cream?"
Me:" sure why not"
We stopped at an ice cream shop and order our stuff. We take our ice cream and sit down.
Jensen:" so..how are you. We haven't sat down and talked for a while"
Me:" oh im okay..yk.. life is kind of boring"
Jensen laughs:" yea.."
Me:" how about you.. how you been with all the divorce stuff?"
Jensen:" well she was trying to take the house"
Me:" what? Really?"
Jensen:" yea..thankfully the lawyer saw it unreasonable"
Me:" what a bitch"
Jensen laughs:" Language May..but yes..she was"
Me:" my bad."
We laugh and just talk for a little. We finish up and go home. I get the bags and go to the kitchen. I start making one of the pizza's and put the Oreos where they belong. I sit on the counter on my phone, waiting for the pizza.
Jensen:" May."
I look at him.
Me:" yea?"
Jensen:" get off the counter.. you know i don't like that."
Me:" my bad."
I get off and just stand there on my phone. I heard the oven and took the pizza out. I called Jensen.
Jensen:" yea?"
Me:" The pizza is ready.."
Jensen:" awe thanks love"
I give him his plate. He goes to his office. I sit in the table alone. I put my phone down and eat. I hated eating alone. It made me sad. Jensen came out and saw me.
Jensen :" you alr?"
Me:" y-yea"
Jensen:" whats wrong ?"
Me:" nothing "
Jensen:" May.."
me:" i just find sitting alone and eating lonely..i dont like it but im fine"
He looks at me. He was thinking. He got up and went into his office. He came back with his plate. He got two sprites. He opened mine.
Jensen:" problem solved."
I laugh.
Me:" you didn't have to..thank you"
Jensen:" thats fine..i don't want you feeling alone.. "
me:" I'm used to it.."
Jensen:" don't say that.."
I give him a sad smile.
Jensen:" you know I'm here.."
I felt tears. God. I think I'm almost on my period. He noticed.
Jensen:" aw dont cry love.."
Me:" sorry. I think im about to start my days."
He laughs.
Jensen:" oh dear. Thats not good is it?"
Me:" at least im not pregnant."
My eyes widen at the realization. He raises an eyebrow as he takes a bite.
Me:"sorry."
Jensen:" right."
I tried not to laugh.
Jensen:" May dont get pregnant"
There it is. I burst out laughing.
Jensen:" im serious...youre still young.."
Me:" i dont want kids Jensen.."
Jensen:" i know... but what you just said.."
Me:" i was kidding."
He rolls his eyes. We finish eating and say goodnight.
I went up to my room. I get a call from my best friend.
Nina:" hi bitch"
Me:" Heyy"
Nina:" hows daddy doing?"
I roll my eyes.
Me:" Nina."
Nina:" oh come on..there no way u don't see it.."
Nina has always had a thing for Jensen.
Me:" i don't."
I laugh.
Nina:" so you never. Ever. EVER. Had some type of attraction to him?"
Me:" yea. When i was 8."
Nina:" ugh. 8 year old knew what was up."
I roll my eyes. We keep talking until we both fall asleep.
