Chapter 17

~Few days later. Jensen's Pov~

I was out running some errands. As i walk to my car, i get a call from Eric, the producer of "The Boys."

Me:" Eric"
Eric:" hey Jensen, i was calling to let you know that you have been chosen for the part. I wanted to call you and let you know personally. Welcome to the team Soldier Boy"

(Authors note: Jensen looks so good in that costume 😩)

I smile.
Me:" thank you man. I cant wait to work with you and everyone else.."
Eric:" yea man, we are exited to have you. But a few questions. Would you be taking your daughter with you? To Canada? The filming would take a bout a one and a half to two years. A house will be provided with security and groceries all paid"
I laugh.
Eric:" did i say something wrong"
Yes. You idiot.
Me:" when you say daughter im guessing Jack snd Dominique went yapping about the g- woman they say at my house?"
Eric:" y-yea..maid? Maybe? They said she was really young.."
Me:" No not the maid...She is my girlfriend."

I heard s slight gasp. I laughed in silence, laying against my car, and pinching the bridge of my nose trying to not bust out laughing.

Eric:" hey man. Im so sorry. I wasn't there. I didn't know."
Me:" you're good man. But keep this between us tho. I don't want the whole being famous pressure on her. She isn't after that."
Eric:" i understand. Im sorry again. I didn't mean the disrespect..but is she coming with you?"

Shit. I had totally forgot that the studio was in Canada.

Me:" To be honest... i auditioned before me and her got together. I would have to talk to her about it. Mind if i shoot you a text later today? Im not home. I had to run some errands."
Eric:" nah of course man. Let me know"
Me:" alright talk to you later man"
Eric:" alright"

I hang up the phone and spend an hour finishing up my errands. I went by the store and picked a few things for May. By the time i got home, it was around 3:45 pm. I walk through the door and seen May slouching over the kitchen-counter. She started her cycle.

Me:" awe baby...come here."

I drop all my stuff on the table and hug her. She wraps her hands my waist. I rub her back. I heard her sniffing. My heart broke a little. I hated seeing her cry.

May:" i think its time to go to the hospital Jen..they get worse every time.."

I sigh rubbing her back. She has always had irregular cycles. Sometimes they lasted 3 days, the next they took 3-4 months to come and it lasted 2 weeks. The pain never got better. Ive always told her to go see a doctor but she never wanted to.

Me:" right now?"
May:" p-please..i feel like im loosing too much blood, and its cold and..and i feel like im going to pass out. "
Me:" do you want to change?"
May:" im okay like this..can you bring me my black fluffy blanket..and my shoes..they are both in your room."
Me:" of course..do you mind starting the car? Ill get some other things, we will be there for a long time."

She unwraps her hands from my waist. She looks at me with her beautiful red puffy eyes. I put my hands on either side of her face. I smile. She was gorgeous. Her messy hair..her glossy eyes and that one beauty mark right below her bottom lip..she was amazing.

Me:" you're Gorgeous..."

She smiled. I kissed her and gave her the keys. I give her the things i bought her which were pads and a few other stuff. As she goes to the car, i grab a duffel bag and get 2 change of clothes for both of us, her iPad and a charger and the stuff she had asked me for. A few little extra things id know she'll need. I grab a few snacks and water and put them there as well. I lock the house and run to the car. I get in and throw the bag to the back seat. I hand her shoes and her blanket. She already had the seat all the way back. She was curled up into a ball. She takes the blanket and rolls herself in it. She started shivering. I put the air in the middle and drive to the hospital.

We didnt live right next to the hospital so it took us a couple 27 minutes to get there. May cried a couple times. Groaned in pain. She grabbed my hand.

Me:" yea?"
May:" i feel like im going to pass out.."

Fuck.

Me:" just stay awake. We are almost there.."
I squeezed her hand. Right as i finished parking, her hand let go of mine. I look at her. She had passed out.

Me:" May?..Marlene. Come on."

I get out of the car and run to her side. I open the door and pick her up. I walk tru the emergency doors and get a nurse. They quickly get s gurney and lay her there.

Nurse 1:" What happened?"
Me:" she just started her cycle. She told me she was having really and pains and bleeding too much..as soon as we got here she passed out."Nurse 2:" pulse is stable but slowly rising."
Nurse 3: "she lost a good amount of blood."
Nurse 1:" stay here, fill this papers up and i will come to you whenever she is okay"

The other two nurses took her. I guess the nurse saw the worried in my eyes.
Nurse 1:" she will be okay..whats your relationship with..."
Me:" May..or full name Marlene..barely anyone calls her by her full name. Um..im her boyfriend..."
Nurse 1:" well mr. Ackles...ill make sure she is okay. And i am a huge fan of yours. Please sign the papers and turn them in at the front desk"

She ran inside. I took a seat and filled the papers up. I went outside and got the bag with May's blankets and her shoes. As soon i walked inside, a few people recognized me. I smiled and said hey. More and more people came, and people asking questions. I got overwhelmed. Right now wasnt the time. A doctor came to the rescue. She told everyone to go away. She told me to follow her. We went to the 4th floor and she took me to a room. It didn't have a bed yet but it was a normal hospital room, with a beautiful view of the city.

Doc:" Hey Mr. Ackles. I'm doctor Allison Montgomery. Ill be the one examining May is it?"

I let go of a breath that i didn't know i was holding up.

Me:" yea May, im so glad its a woman..i was genuinely scared."
Doc:" yeah i understand. But May is up now..we will start doing a few tests in a sec..I brought you here because i knew that a lot of people would recognize you..so yea..we will be back "
Me:" thank you so much"
Doc:" no problem"

She walked out and i took a deep breath. I took out May's iPad and started charging it. I laid down in the little couch. I started dozing off.

~An hour later~

I got woken up by the sounds of a beeping. I open my eyes and blink a few times. I was in the same room but something was different. I look around and see a bed. I get up quickly and saw May sleeping. Her skin was back to her normal color. I heard the door being opened.

Doc:" Mr. Ackles."
Me:" Doc."
Doc:" you looked tired, I didn't want to wake you up, so i just let you sleep.."
Me:" thank you..what about her.."
Doc:" okay so...she is fine..but.. her irregular cycle is taking a toll on her body..um.."

Her face got real serious. My heart dropped. This isnt good.

Me:" what is it.."
Doc:" Since her lining isn't shedding right..and its way to damaged for us to save it....she-"
Me:" She cant have kids...."
