Bhavesh leaned in closer to her lips almost touching his lips with hers and whispered "I missed you Jaya. So much that you can't even imagine it. I always craved for you. To be around you. To be with you. Did you miss me too?" Listening to him Jaya...
The car stopped outside of Satra's house. Jaya was escorted out of car by her mother-in-law. She looked at her new HOME. It was as big as her previous house but just in different colour. She noticed a big front yard where few cows were in their shed.
Tara then welcomed the newly wedded couple. She first asked Jaya to kick The Kalash with her right toe. Later she was asked to dip her leg in the Alta and leave her foot prints on the cloth. Later she was asked to dip her hands on the haldi paste and paste her hand print on the front wall of their house.
While Jaya was doing all this Bhavesh was standing quietly and yawning now and then as he was tired an wanted to sleep meanwhile Jaya was glaring at her husband as he was not at all helping her. After all this the newly wedded couple were asked to follow Tara to the Veranda.
Looking at the opportunity Jaya pinched Bhavesh on his waist due to which Bhavesh got startled and creamed bcoz of the pain which his oh so lovely wife caused. While all the family members looked at Bhavesh in concern he lightly glared at his wife and Jaya giggled silently. Tara asked "why did you screamed?" Bhavesh replied with a dull nothing while still glaring at his wife from the corner of his eyes.
After coming to veranda Bhavesh and Jaya were asked to sit on opposite ends of a large plate in which a mixture of milk and water was kept with few rose petals. Tara dropped a ring in it and slightly stirred the mixture and asked Bhavesh and Jaya to find it and also declared whoever finds it 2 out of 3 times will rule the marriage.
In first round Bhavesh won and in second round Jaya won. During the third round both were finding the ring as both didn't want to lose. Suddenly Jaya pulled out the ring but the other end of which was holded by Bhavesh. Family members cheered as it shows both will lead the marriage and will be eachother's equal component. But our lovely couple sulked as they wanted to win individually.
After this Jaya was seated on a low wooden stool. First Bhavesh was asked to Gift something to Jaya and then see her Face. Bhavesh confusingly at his mother as he didn't know what to gift. Tara passed him a Jewellery pouch and asked him to gift this.
Bhavesh kept jewellery pouch on Jaya's lap and then proceeded to pull the veil up to finally look at his wife's face. The moment he looked at her face he was awestruck. He looked at the cute chubby girl sitting in front of him and the moment their eyes met he drowned in her Light Brown almost Hazel eyes. Jaya gave him a shy smile. He dreamily looked at her wife's smile.
Whereas when Jaya looked at her husband, she found a cute boy looking as old as her brother. She looked at slight chubby cheeks of her husband and when she looked at his eyes a dark shade of Brown. An automatic smile came as she found him staring at her without blinking. She saw his slight wavy hairs which were peeking out of his turban. And when she looked at her husband's smile which he gave after recovering from her smile, she swears it was the cutest feature of him as he had dimples and our Jaya love dimpled smiles.
Both smiled at each other and after few seconds he dropped her veil and backed out and looked around to find each and every person looking at him with knowing smiles. He felt a bit awkward and made an excuse of washroom to rush out of this awkward situation.
Slowly everyone came forward to gift Jaya and to see her face. It almost took a 2 hour for Muh Dikhai to come to an end. Jaya was very tired which can be easily seen through her face. Tara escorted Jaya to her room which was previously her Brother-in-law's (Keshav) room. She will be living in this room till Holi. Jaya was helped by Tara to remove jewellery and to get Freshen up. Later Tara asked Jaya to rest for some time and she will call her for dinner very soon.
When Bhavesh found out about the new arrangements he was irked for 2 reasons. First - He wanted to talk to his wife and look at her smile more. Second - His brother snores very loudly and even have a habit to kick in sleep.
For dinner whole village was in their house. The caterers were preparing food in backyard and the food was arranged on the tables in the front yard. The tables and chairs were arranged for each and everyone in frontyard and veranda.
Jaya too came wearing a simple yet a bit heavy Chanya Choli. The moment Bhavesh saw Jaya he Sneakily ran to her and greeted her with a big smile. Seeing her Husband Jaya too smiled and asked "How are you? Did you rest well?" Bhavesh replied positively while asking the same thing. Jaya replied "It's very new in here. Do all the people stay here only?" Listening to her Bhavesh chuckled and flicked her forehead and said "Idiot they are only here to celebrate our wedding. Everyone will go to their house once they have dinner. Come let's have our Dinner." Saying this Bhavesh held her hand and took her to the arranged tables. They both took a plate and Bhavesh was serving her.
Tara and Prem observed this and smiled. They were happy to see their kids happy. Bhavesh and Jaya found a secluded place and started having their dinner while conversing with each other. They asked about each other's likes and dislikes. In a short span of time, they both developed a friendly bond.
Soon the villagers started departing to their houses while blessing the newly wed on their way.
Tara asked Jaya if she'll be comfortable to sleep alone or she want some company. Jaya replied "I will be comfortable by myself Baai. Don't worry." while giving her a small smile. Soon all the family members started departing to their respective rooms. Bhavesh and Jaya were conversing with each other throughout the way. Once they reached Jaya's room both smiled and wished each other Good Night.
Bhavesh was continuing his journey to his room when he saw his brother going to his wife's room. He immediately held his Kurta's collar and asked "oyeee. Where are you going?"Keshav sleepily looked at his brother and replied "Bhai to sleep. Now leave me I am very tired."Listening to him Bhavesh first face palmed himself and then lightly slapped his brother's head and said "Did you forget now your room is your Bhabhi's room for some time. You are now going to sleep in my room. Come let's go. And if you snored or kicked me, I will make sure to hang your upside down tomorrow."Keshav looked at his brother and shrugged as his sleep was more important to him.
