Chapter 10

Peniel is Minhyuk's intern. He joined 6 to 8 months ago and is still learning. Ovio eunkwang is an expert and Minhyuk and Changsub too .

Hyunsik is in a different class. He travels often to work with clients across different cities. And he is pretty famous in their small world for being a protégé despite his young age.

All 4 guys work in different fields and have their areas of expertise.

It is very very hard to reach such a good position and have such a reputation at a young age, but despite all the difficulties they all are doing great. Hard Work pays off.

Eunkwang and Changsub started preparing early and they had the entire career plan ready before even they finished high school and applied to various colleges. Changsub had this burning desire in him. He had a lot of anger in him when he was young, but he learned somehow to drive his anger and emotions into motivation and that served as a driving factor, once he was fixated on anything, he would not stop before finishing it. He became obsessed with it. He spent all his energy towards that until it was done.. he would not rest. That clearly explains why he was always kinda lazy when it came to other things like cleaning his room or properly arranging his desk for example.

Anyways, why am I telling this story?? So that you can have an understanding of how his mind works and also to explain the reason why his room is a total mess now. Even after a week of him achieving success on the most anticipated case, he was still too lazy to get his ass off the couch and start tidying up the place.

He was just so invested in that Project for the past 3 months, that now all the exhaustion is hitting him like heavy water. All the lazy butterflies have decided to fall upon him and he is not having even an ounce of energy to shoo them.

So, what is gonna happen now?

Is the room gonna clean itself?

No not at all, he has to do that.

Yes, he knows Sungjae is here. How lucky Changsub can be that he has a younger brother who will do the cleaning for him. He has a total of 15 days to do so before he gets busy with his school.

The only challenge here is to get him to do that.

Of Course, Changsub can always use the hyung card. But he doesn't want to. Because he is such a sweetheart. We all know this. Not that Sungjae will do it for free anyway.

But that is not the issue here. Changsub is still angry at what Sungjae did. Although he is behaving like nothing happened yesterday, the fact that he is lying on his couch contemplating what to do next instead of going to the office is enough to remind him of yesterday. And now finally after 24hrs, he got the time to sit and think properly regarding the incident.

What should he do now?

How to initiate the talk or discussion, he had no idea.

If not for the injuries that Sungjae had incurred and the small talk with his homeroom teacher, he would have already buried Sungjae alive and then he would have dug him out himself and beat the shit out of that kid.

But he is trying to be a bigger person here. So he won't be doing any of that. And he promised himself that he would never hit Sungjae under any circumstances 2 years ago and he was gonna keep that promise no matter what.

Besides, Sungjae doesn't have anyone else to rely on if he did or said something to him. In the past it was different. Sungjae always went running to his grandma whenever he or their mom(when she was alive) scolded or said anything. But now he can't do that. That's one of the reasons why Changsub has been too soft since last year. Saying yes to everything Sungjae asked for. That's why this happened now, Changsub. He thought to himself. If it were a year ago, that brat wouldn't even dare to witness a fight or any such activity, let alone get involved in one.
