Aria had been on Hunt service as a multiple trauma came in after a car had driven into the laundry mat. She had been in surgery all morning working on a man who had been run over in the laundry mat by his own car.

"She called it hostile?" April asks Meredith while they walked with Aria and Cristina.

"That's... Well, at least it's nothing too serious." Aria says to her sister who shrugged lightly in response.

"I'll do some research on treatment options." April says to Meredith who gives her a small smile in appreciation for her help.

"Her uterus is friendly. It's sunshiny.untouched by scourge of man." The three of them chuckle while April nods at them with a small laugh.

"Peppy ovaries, too." April adds before they all burst out laughing. Lexie then walked towards the fourth year residents.

"Hey, the vending machine's working again. What?" Lexie says to them causing the group to grow silent.

"Nothing." Meredith says to her as she shakes her head.

"Is this the same nothing that has to do with where you were this morning?" Lexie says to her sister with frustration growing at the secrecy.

"I was at the dentist this morning.I have bad teeth." Meredith tells her sister.

"Oh, okay, so "teeth"are code for what?" Lexie asks her.

"I went to the O.B. Today.I have massive, baby-squishing fibroids in my uterus." Meredith finally admitted to her.

"Oh, that's terrible." Lexie says to her looking at her sister with a slight look of terror.

"Eh, get over it." Meredith tells her while Aria and Cristina laugh slightly.

"But you knew?" Lexie asks April while Alex and Jackson walks down the corridor.

"Knew what?" He asks as he sits down beside Cristina and Alex sat in the wheel chair beside Lexie.

"Nothing. The vending machine's working again.my patient eats worms." Lexie and April added while Aria tried not to laugh at the tension between the two of them.

"Dude, altman fire you yet?" Alex says to Jackson as Aria looks between her boyfriend and Jackson.

"She is not gonna fire me." Jackson says to him.

"What'd you do?" Aria asks him which causes Jackson to look her.

"She thinks he's a hot piece of brainless ass." Alex says to his girlfriend causing her to smirk in response.

"Oh, you're totally gonna be fired." Aria quipped at Jackson while Alex leaned over high fiving Aria.

"The situation is under control. Thank you." Jackson says to her while pulling a slight expression causing Aria to burst out laughing. Alex watches the exchange between the two of them before turning to the other residents.

"You got a line on any weird bone cancer treatments So I don't have to cut off my ballerina kid's leg?" Alex asks while he looks towards Lexie.

"Right, 'cause my memory is all I'm good for?" Lexie says to them.

"Beats only being good for your looks right Avery." Aria prompted with a small chuckle as Jackson scowls at her.

"There was a story in the news recently they used a cadaver bone to replace a cancerous one." April tells him.

"You get my fries. Ooh." Alex says handed them to April while Aria turned to him as he took off down the hallway.

"That's rude!" She exclaims shaking her head before heading back to the O.R to assist Hunt on the other repairs.

Aria stood filling out her patients post op notes before Meredith walked towards her. "How's that guy doing?" Meredith asks looking at Aria's patient.

"He looks like he's going to pull through. You know the wife or ex wife she did this out of jealousy. He was doing his new girls laundry and she got jealous so her car end up in the laundry mat." Aria says to Meredith who looked at in slight shock.

"Jealousy does bring out the worst in us. Anyway I need to ask you about something." Meredith began before Aria turned giving Meredith her full attention as she could sense it was something serious.

"What is it?" Aria asks watching Meredith stumble over her words before finally composing herself.

"Have you ever considered being tested for Alzheimer's gene?" Meredith asks watching her sister expression closely. Aria sat thinking for a moment not sure how to react to her sister's question.

Aria had of course given that question so much thought for as long as she could remember. She knew having that information could prepare her for whatever could happen. But she wasn't sure she ready to hear that answer. She enjoyed her life now she was becoming a surgeon. She had a guy who loved her. She was finally moving past her mother's constant reminder of her self worth. Having that test could change everything but maybe it was a question worth knowing now.

"I've thought about it. But I'm not ready to know I'm happy for the first time in a long time. You're planning to have a baby with your husband you are happy. Meredith that information as valid as it could be it will just ruin me. I might get Alzheimer's I might not. And If a time comes and I want to know I can. But the time isn't now not for me." Aria smiles at her younger twin sister who nods in response.

"Maybe you have a point." Meredith nodded while Aria smirked at her little sister.

"We're Greys were crazy anyway. So when you and Derek have a baby I think Aria is a lovely name don't you?" Aria smiled causing Meredith to burst out laughing.

"You're annoying." Meredith announced shaking her head while walking away from her older sister while Aria left smiling.

"You know I'm your favourite." Aria shouted while Meredith shook her head at her twin while going to find her husband.

Aria stood shaking her head smiling while she went to perform her check in her patients. Before getting ready to head home quickly trying to forget the conversation she had with Meredith.
