****ASH*****

Around three am and Sage has finally fallen asleep after bringing Micah into this world. Micah sleeps soundly in my arms, just as soundly as his mom is next to me.

Summer slowly comes into the quietly to not wake Sage, and I notice she is in more comfortable clothes. Summer goes over to check on Sage's vitals and make sure she's still getting some pain medicine.

Summer comes over next to me, "I can take him or put him in the bassinet. So that way you can get a bit of rest."

I nod handing Micah over to Summer, who leans back on the couch staring at him with admiring eyes. Before getting any sleep, I sneak my way into my bag grabbing the hidden surprise.

Summer eyes me as I hand her something, "Would you put this on Micah tomorrow. Do it after breakfast, so that way Sage is more awake."

Summer reads what's on the onesie and gasps, "Ash! You are such a romantic. Sage, is so freaking lucky to have you."

I smile leaning the recliner back, "I do my best to give her everything she deserves."

She smiles and rocks Micah, "Zach told me once you guys are ready they are going to come up here. However, Dalton was asking if he could come visit."

Staring at Micah, something goes through me, Micah represents good and pureness.

"Tell Zach to inform Dalton that he can come visit. However, he has to wait until after lunch. Please do ask Zach to be here around 8am, I want to make sure I capture this surprise for Sage in the morning."

Summer nods, giving me a grin, "Get some rest Ash."

Closing my eyes and laying back placing my hand on her's, tomorrow is going to be another biggest surprise of her life.

......................................................................................................................

Waking up just a little bit before Sage, worked out great. I sit there changing Micah, he most definitely is like his daddy. Summer had to laugh at me when I said that out loud, because he was hung just like his dad.

Micah does a small cry when I change him, but as soon as he is back in my arms, he's as quiet as a mouse. Sage wakes up and rubs her eyes, just staring at me and Micah in awe and wonder.

Sage wipes away the tear that snuck out, "Thank you both of you, for letting me get a bit of sleep."

Summer smiles as she assesses her vitals, "You need some sleep before visitors happen today. Breakfast is ordered and should be up soon, but first let me help you to the bathroom."

Sage sighs and nods, and I can only feel for her as using the bathroom is tough since she tore. Summer has been helping her through it with the care, and I am so thankful we got the entire frida moms care kit.

I walk around rocking as Micah sleeps in my arms. Our son looks more like his mom, than he does to me. His eyes definitely resemble her along with his beautiful chubby cheeks.

Summer helps Sage walk to the recliner, and I notice Sage changed into her loose pants and shirt. Even looking like she just gave birth she is beautiful and glowing, "You look beautiful."

Sage looks at me with a smile, and then looks at Summer, "Okay, it's time to breastfeed again. Will you help me make sure I get him attached correctly?"

Summer nods and I walk over handing him over to mom, and he just seems so content in her arms. Summer helps Sage and Micah instantly attaches to her breast, as though it's natural for Sage.
