*****DALTON****
Clocking out of work at the shop right around six pm, which got me an extra two hours of overtime today. Hopping on to my motorcycle and my phone dings, it's a facebook post from Sage.

Welcome to the World Micah Ashton Dean, at 8pd 4oz, and 21 inches long. He is just like his momma with his bright blue eyes. We are home and doing good, we will let everyone know when we are ready for visitors. Thank you for all the well wishes. We are so happy to have Micah in our family.

Micah looks so much like her, and there's a picture with his eyes open. Matching her eyes exactly, goosebumps raise above my skin. I shove my phone into my pocket and take off on my motorcycle.

Bianca has been bugging me for the last few days after I visited her, that I seem off. I don't want to admit it to her, but she is right. Ever since I walked in seeing Sage hold Micah, something happened inside my brain.

Right after I went home, I went and punched a board until it was in pieces on the ground. I haven't had an outburst like that in a very long time.

A day later and the emergency session with my therapist, had me sitting at the beach deep in thoughts.

Pulling back up to the beach again, I take off my jacket laying it over the motorcycle. Walking down to the beach, and sitting down in the sand.

"God or whoever is up there, I don't know if you are willing to listen to me talk to you."

Letting the sand fall out of my hands and looking up at the sky, I stare wondering if anyone is listening.

"Just please someone help me understand why I am going through these emotions. My therapist says that I am jealous and for the first time I really see that."

Laying back in the sand, feeling a bit frustrated, "It should have been me. Where she is right now, getting married and having a kid. If I would have manned up it would have been with me."

Sighing and running a hand through my hair, "Yet here I am, now just a friend in her life. That's all I will ever be to her. How am I supposed to even move on from her?"

A female voice speaks up from behind me, "Who said you had to move on from her?"

Jumping up onto my feet and looking behind me to see a girl that has brown short hair and brown eyes, with a surfboard next to her, "I'm sorry. Who are you?"

She brushes the sand off her hand's and stands up, holding out a hand to greet me, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. My name is Abigail."

Wearily shaking her hand, "Dalton. Did you hear all of my ramble?"

Abigail shrugs, grabbing her surfboard, "Sort of."

Sighing and crossing my arms, "Sorry about that, you can ignore all of that."

Abigail flashes a smile, "It's okay, you are just going through a lot."

She walks up to leave the beach and I grab my shoes catching up with her, "Why did you say who said you had to move on from her?"

Abigail looks up looking for her car and looks at me, "Look, why move on when you can fight for her to come back in your life. Maybe this guy who has her isn't the one she's supposed to be with."

Shaking my head and coming to a stop, "No. I could never do that. I love her but I want her to be happy and I am not going to ever ruin that. Besides, her heart was broken from me and she almost didn't come back from that. She is doing well now."

Abigail unlocks her car putting her surfboard in it, and shuts the door putting her hands on her hips, "That's awfully sweet of you. However, if I wanted someone that bad, I would do everything I can to get her. Now if someone took me away from her, I would definitely do some revenge."
