The night that I leave finally rolls around and I get sad because in all honesty I don't want to leave Iowa I love the city but I more so don't want to leave Kate, she has become such a part of my life in the past week that I don't know what I am going to do back at uconn without her.
We are at my gate waiting for me to board the plane back home, "boarding now flight 178 to Connecticut" we hear. We stand up and we hug "call me when you land" "I will" "I never got my date by the way so I'll be waiting" I laugh at her "me too, maybe you can come to Connecticut?" "Mhm tempting, mainly just because I want to see you but yes" "she so cute" "thank you beautiful" "wait I said that aloud" "yep" she says popping the p.
I get in the plane after one last hug, and the plane ride back was boring as hell and now I miss Kate more then ever god, she's already becoming such a part of my life and it scares me but oh well.
When I land i immediately see ice waiting for me and i can't help but run up to her and hug her, I've freaking missed her she hugs me back straight away "I've miss you girl" she tells me "gosh I've missed you too" "come on let's go" I grab my bag and we get to her car, as we get there Paige is also there of course.
