Chapter 4

Meliodas Pov
Seems my plan worked, Lil Gil was able to tell me the locations of the two sins. I was ready to leave but Gilthunder wouldn't let me. He began slashing me I managed to dodge them then he ended up behind me.
Gilthunder- "This is goodbye."
Meliodas- "Yep see ya."
Diane picked him up and threw him really far. I looked at her and her glove was damaged, I told her and she took it off. Then Elizabeth came back with Hawk.
Elizabeth- "Is everyone alright nobody got hurt did they. *gasp* Sir Rayas!"
Elizabeth ran to Rayas and checked up on him, me and Diane soon joined her, I went to check his pulse he's alive.
Elizabeth- "Sir Meliodas is he okay?"
Meliodas- "Yeah he's alive but his wound is pretty bad."
Hawk- "We need to get you both to a doctor."
Meliodas- "Let's get back to the boar hat."
Diane- "*thoughts* Rayas please be okay."
Timeskip
Elizabeth POV
We made it back to the Tavern and Rayas is resting on my bed while I was tending to Hawk. I put a towel on Hawk's back.
Hawk- "Ahhh that hit the spot, so good. That holy knight bastard next time I see him I'll make him pay for this."
I looked down thinking about what Gilthunder had done.
Hawk- "Oh yeah so is it true that you actually know that guy?"
Elizabeth- "Yes. Gilthunder was originally assigned to guard my older sister Margaret, but he felt like a big brother to me because he watched over us as we were part of the family. His father was the grand master and even after he passed away Gilthunder continued serving us. So why.... *gasp* it can't be! Was father arrested by..."
Hawk- "What's wrong? Are you okay?"
Elizabeth- "There's no going back to the way things were is there?"
Meliodas Pov
I was worried about Rayas and his wounds, but I had to focus I talked with Diane about the two sins Ban and King.
Meliodas- "Currently Ban the sin of greed is thrown behind bars and king the sin of sloth is dead and buried by now. Think that's true?"
Diane- "Well I'm not really sure after all I'm not really interested in any man but you, still the important thing is look at what a sexy babe I am, a lot can happen in 10 years can it?"
Diane was holding up her bounty paper she looked mature in it.
Meliodas- "But that's just a drawing it's made up. Alright I've decided."
I jumped off Diane's shoulder to Hawk's mom.
Diane- "Aww you could've kept riding."
Meliodas- "First up we should go to baste prison and get ban."
Diane- "Alright sounds good to me Captain."
Hawk- "What made you want to go there first?"
Meliodas- "It's closer."
Hawk- "You're such a chump."
Elizabeth- "I don't think you should do this."
I turned around and saw Elizabeth standing there.
Elizabeth- "For now I think tending yours and Rayas's injuries should be our top priority, in your condition facing off with another holy knight could mean..."
I knew what she meant but I wanted tease her a little so I went under her skirt.
Meliodas- "This is gonna make me better."
Elizabeth- "R-Really?"
Hawk- "Of course it can't."
I heard Diane grunt a little. Then I patted Elizabeth's head reassuring her that I was going to be fine.
Meliodas- "Come on Elizabeth. Don't worry about me this is no big deal a little sleep and I'm good to go. But for Rayas, he's the one we should keep an eye on. Good night."
After saying that I went back to the tavern to my room once I got there I fell down to the floor and went unconscious.
No one's POV
After that incident Rayas was sleeping and Meliodas is unconscious on the floor without the others knowing.Then Elizabeth told them that she was going to check on Meliodas to make sure he was okay. She knocked on the door.
Elizabeth- "Sir Meliodas, pardon me can you change on your own?"
.....
.....
There was no response so she opened the door .... and saw Meliodas lying on the floor looking dead.
Elizabeth- "Sir Meliodas are you..."
Baste Prison
???- "I have news from the palace, there's been a sighting two sins spotted in the forest of white dreams as such it's believed that they'll come here to free him."
???- "Oh my, the seven deadly sins are finally coming this way are they?"
Holy Knight Freesia
???- "The question is will they come straight here or will they stop at that nearby town? Either way we should prepare to welcome them."
Holy Knight Golgius
Freesia- "Oh booey you make the ickiest moves Golgius."
Golgius- "*laughs* Your trapped Fressia."
???- "Ummm.."
Freesia- "There's no need to worry Jericho dear this prison is an experimental forest built specifically for this upcoming battle it's not a place that can be taken so easily even by people like the seven deadly sins."
???- "Indeed. And besides we the weird fangs are here.Right?"
Holy Knight Ruin
Jericho- "Uh y-yes, yes sir master Ruin."
???- "But still, I had to wonder if they really will come."
Holy Knight Jude
Freesia- "*chuckle* True, I have a hard time believing our prisoner's worth so much to them that they take on such a huge risk. He hasn't even seen a single moment of sunlight since we captured him five years ago neither has been granted freedom to utter a single word in fact he's hardly even eating he being tortured slowly to his last breath."
Ruin- "Their newfound companion are withstanding, we outnumbered those still."
Golgius- "It's almost enough to make one feel pity for the legend who was once called the sin of greed."

Dalmatia Town
The kids were playing around when they hear loud steps, they turn to it and saw the giant Diane.
Diane- "Hey is there a-"
The people were shocked that Giant was in their town so they ran away from her.
Villager- "It's a giant!"
Kid- "That girl is so humongous!"
The villager picked up the kids and ran.
Diane- "Hey wait a minute I wanted to find out if you have a doctor in this town."
Diane POV
Everyone ran away so I couldn't get an answer from anybody. I looked to see Meliodas and Rayas who were in my hands.
Diane- "Captain,Rayas."
The pig and the princess caught up to me.
Hawk- "See! What did I tell ya?"
Elizabeth- "Please Hawk and I are more than capable of finding a doctor. Why don't you just-"
I got fed up with her so I turned around and yelled at her.
Diane- "LOOK, I'M GONNA BE ONE HELPING THE CAPTAIN AND RAYAS!"
Elizabeth- "But you.."
Hawk- "How can you help if they all run from the hills after they see you!"
I was angry but part of me knows he's right. So I complied.
Diane- "Okay fine. Then you two go look for a doctor."
Elizabeth- "A-Alright."
Hawk- "Stay put got it?"
I sat down and waited for them to come back with a doctor but something bothered me.
Diane- "*thoughts* Why am I worried for Rayas too? The only one I love is the Captain, could it be.... that I love him too?"
Rayas POV
I was sleeping and when I woke up I was in this dark place, no one was here except for me. I called out to be sure.
Rayas- "HELLO?! ANYONE HERE, MELIODAS, ELIZABETH, HAWK, DIANE!? ANYONE?!"
The only voice was mine echoing.
Rayas- "Guess I am alone."
???- "Because this is your mind Rayas, you are unconsciously healing your wounds in the real world so to rest you went to your mind."
Another voice was heard I looked around to see who it is but there was no one.
Rayas- "Who are you and where are you?"
???- "I'm one of the wielder of the power of the demon dragons."
Rayas-"Demon Dragons?"
???-"The symbol in your right hand is our symbol you are the next wielder of that power."
I looked at my hand he was talking about that weird tattoo.
???-"As for where I am.."
There was a light in front me then it disappeared and there was a man standing there.
???- "I am inside you."
Rayas- "Inside me?"
???-"My will, strength, pride, everything is in that symbol in your hand. So are the other wielders."
Rayas-"So I get to see you every time?"
???-"Only once, but two of them can, and they are very close to you."
Rayas-"Close to me?"
Then I hear an earthquake.
Rayas-"What's going on?"
???-"Something's happening outside involving your friends. And I'm out of time, take care hero, regain your memories and use the power inside you to save your world."
Rayas-"Wait you haven't-"
My vision went dark. I opened my eyes and Meliodas and Elizabeth were standing there.
Rayas- "Guys?"
They turned around and Elizabeth jumped and hugged me. She was crying and Meliodas sigh in relief.
Elizabeth- *crying* "I thought you wouldn't wake up, the doctor pour poison in you. Meliodas told me you took an attack from Gilthunder, I thought I lost you."
Rayas- "Well, I'm alright sorry to make you worry Liz."
Elizabeth- "Liz?"
Rayas- "Elizabeth is a bit too long to say, I hope you don't mind me calling you Liz."
Elizabeth- "It's okay, I don't mind."
I hugged her back trying my best to comfort her, she got closer to me.
Meliodas- "Hey Rayas, how you feeling?"
I stopped hugging her and got off the bed. Hawk came by with my shirt. I took it and put it on.
Rayas- "A little tired but nothing else, no pain no nothing."
Elizabeth- "Are you sure?"
Rayas- "Yeah I feel like how I was before."
Meliodas, Hawk, and Elizabeth smiled. Before I grabbed my head in pain. More memories of my past life triggered and I saw my young self with a girl.
Little Rayas- "We have to get to my brother quick he's going to get killed."
Little girl- "Okay I'll be right behind you."
Then it stopped I looked back and saw the others looking at me in worry.
Rayas- "Was that... me?"
Hawk- "Rayas you ok?"
Rayas- "Yeah, part of my memories returned."
Elizabeth- "That's amazing."
Rayas- "By the way where's Diane? And where are we?"
Elizabeth- "We made to Dalmally, we're going to Baste prison to save Sir Ban, Diane went to stop the ones who attacked the town."
Meliodas- "We got another problem, that Holy knight who was trying to get my sword, he's still around here somewhere."
Rayas- "This is a lot to take in but I understand the situation. We need to get to Diane quick."
Baste Prison
??? POV
I was getting bored in my cell but when I heard interesting news,I figured it was time to stretch my legs.
???- "That sounds like awesome news. Sound like it's going to be fun."
To start I kicked the door down and walked out.
Guard 1- "No way."
???- "Feels so good to walk around after all this time."
Guard 2- "The seven deadly sins Ban, the fox sin
Fox Sin of Greed Ban
Guard 1- "Damn you how did you get out of there?"
Guard 2- "And why now?"
Ban- "Isn't it obvious? I kicked the door down and as for why it's cause you were talking about interesting stuff. You said he was alive, our Captain."
I took out the shackles stuck in my body. Another person wanted to join us.
???- "What's all this commotion?
Guard 1- "Ah J-Jericho."
Ban- "Hmm?"
Jericho- "Ban of the seven deadly sins, I don't know how you escaped your cell but return there at once."
Ban- "How bout some respect kid. I'm not really sure how you were raised but is that any way to talk to a hero?"
Jericho- "I am an apprentice holy knight you dare call me kid? That's pretty disrespectful for a prisoner who's at death's door."
The kid told the two idiots to go these people that she was going to take me down. They left and then it was us two. She grabbed her sword then dash right at me. She cut my hair and beard, I've never felt so refreshed.
Ban- "Did you think I had you take off too much? Well it feels pretty good so I guess I'm okay with it. You got some real talent there kid, you could be a barber."
The kid turned around she looked shocked.
Jericho- "You dodged my sword even with all those injuries?"
Ban- "Injuries what are you talking about, huuuh?"
I checked myself to see what she was talking about.
Jericho- "Impossible just minutes ago your limbs were full of holes from steel spikes running through them."
Ban- "It be good if you remember this kid, there's only one wound on me and it's this one right here got it?!"
I pointed towards the scar on my neck I got a long time ago.
Ban- "So you could say the injuries I get from that guy are kind of a special case I guess."
