I might be happy for this marriage proposal. This might be the first time that I finally give love a chance.One thing that makes me uncertain about this marriage proposal is the way the groom behaves, he looks like a guy that doesn't fall in love. He told me that he won't love me not even in the future. I've always wished to have my prince charming who would love me the way I am with my perfections and imperfections,I'll just have to live as a lonely person my entire life. I am pretty sure that he won't even look at me but what happens when the parents start complaining saying that they want grandchildren do we just ignore their pleas.This is going to be harder than I thought, people always have complaints about their marriages that are built with the foundation of love. Mine is just a proposal, a loveless marriage with no emotions this is going to be the most miserable journey of my life.Well the Buthelezi family has not yet   confirmed the date on which they will be coming for the negotiatings and I am not looking forward to this sham of a marriage.

Knock on the door disturbs Nomzamo

" yes I fully understand what you are saying mom but what if this soon to be  husband of mine doesn't want me at all. He had already told me that he's not in it for love so just so you  know from this marriage  that I am going to be a lonely wife that cooks and cleans for her husband who will be coming on some nights smelling some perfume of a woman that I know nothing of.All that matters is that I will have a husband who will marry me and accept me for who I am. " I hardly know the guy ma. Onyx is rude mama, I've noticed him how irritating he gets the time he used to visit the house that I used to work at he would just start ranting and throw tantrums like a child. I even remember this other time when he was offered tea and scones he told me that he wouldn't eat that.I was in stitches when he told me that ngiyi Ndoda yomZulu we don't eat scones thina. Onyx is surely going to make my life more difficult than it already is and I'm scared ma. I've been through a lot I don't need all of this, to bear the insults and rejection "says Nomzamo

" your dad says we have to go to Katlehong that is where the negotiations will take place at your late grandmother's house. So today later on we have to make sure that we drive there so that we start preparing on time for your negotiations and I can't believe that my one and only daughter is getting married in the next few days.You'll be okay Zamo make sure that you pack your clothes for the big day and we have to go for shopping to get you new dresses and a head scarf  by the mall in 30 mins. Get ready after you are done you'll come to the bedroom to let me know so that we go to the mall. I love you my child"says Mom

I quickly ran to the shower to just quickly bath so that I don't make mom late.There's something that worries me and that is the outfit of the day. I'll just wear a jean and baggy Tee with some slides, it's warm today so I don't see the need to wear anything heavy. For my hair I'll just put on the cap so that it hides how horrible it is.I took a shower 10 minutes ago that is when I decided to put on my clothes and my cap along with my slides.I have to do something about my hair for the weekend.I am left with 15 minutes to go out with mom for shopping and I am so excited that I get to go with someone that I finally call  my own mom.  She'll help me decide as to what looks good on me especially when it comes to dresses for the occasion that will take place this weekend. I realized that my 30 minutes then I decide to go her room to tell her that I am done.At first I am scared to enter her room due to the fact that I am not used to entering and exiting her room.The door is slightly open, I decide to enter since there's no one responding at first she gets startled then after that she realises that it's me.I am given the key for the car and I have no idea as to why mom gave me the key and the saddest thing is that I don't even know how to drive a car.
