"Did you hear what happened to Kenzie and Luke?" Alex asked. I look over at Jason, before school I talked to him. Making sure he told no one what we did Saturday. "No." I say playing around with the straw of my soda. "They got arrested Friday night. Luke got away with it, some family member or something picked him up. Kenzie got bailed out by her dad. And has a parole officer." Alex said leaning over the lunch table. I nod looking past her where Luke was sitting by himself.

Normally he is surround by tons of people but everyone is visiting Kenzie at home because she didn't want to come school. And who knows where the rest of his band members are, frankly I only like Calum and Ashton. Michael, well, can get hit by a bus. Oops. "Jesse, who do you think?" Tanner asked. I shake my head, "Huh?" I look around at them, "I said who do you think picked Luke up?" he said looking at me weirdly. "Oh uh I guess his mum or one of his brothers." I shrug. "Not what I heard." Kate said. "What did you hear?" Alex asked. "Some young girl picked him up." she smiled. They laughed, "Maybe Hemmings got a secret girl behind Kenzie." Alex smirked.

"I'm pretty sure Luke wouldn't cheat on Kenzie." Jason said. I look over at him giving him a quick, small, smile. "If I was dating Kenzie, I would cheat on her. For one she's a bitch two annoying as fuck." Tanner said shaking his head. I bite my lip, "I wonder what they got arrested for." Alex smiled. I closed my binder picking up my bag sliding it in, "Drugs?" Andy asked finally saying something.

"Not like it would be Kenzie's first time." Tanner laughed. I slammed my hands on the table before getting up walking away.

/Luke's POV\

"Some girl picked her up." I frown dropping my shoulders, if they end up finding out its Jesse she'll hate me even more. Or she'll get a lot of shit, and I will probably because people would think I would cheat on Kenzie with her. "Not like it would be Kenzie's first time." I know Alex said that. I hear something slam than light gasp. "What down her pants?" Alex laughed. "Shut up Alex." Jason snapped. I take a small bite of the horrible food. "What's up with you? You been whispering to Jesse this whole time? And why does she care if Luke is cheating on Kenzie? Or the fact his doing drugs with her. She said she doesn't care about him." She did?

"Maybe she lied! Just because they aren't friends doesn't mean she can't care or worry about him. For fuck's sake he was arrested because of Kenzie! You think Jesse would just brush off the fact her old best friend she grew up with was cuffed and shoved into a damn cop's car? Even if a girl picked Luke up or if he's cheating on Kenzie, who the hell cares!? Just get it through your head Jesse doesn't want to hear to talk about! Fucking hell."

I widen my eyes at what Jason said. I turn around looking around the lunch room, several people were looking at their table while a lot of them were looking at me. "You didn't have to blow up about." Alex mumbled. "God you people are so impossible." Impossible. There's that word again. The door of the lunch room slam closed again and the whispering continues.

Of course rumors got around. "Hey, Hemmings. Was it drugs you got into?" I turn around facing Alex. She raise her eyebrows at me, I turn back around. "Are you now going to answer?" I sigh standing up, I grab my binder walking out. "It was a simple question!" she yelled. I pushed open the doors and walk out.

"I'm sick of hearing okay? God, mostly from Alex. She's acting like he fucking killed someone."
"Did he?"
"NO! No, no. Never."
"Just ignore it, act like you don't care."
"I know I should I just, I know I shouldn't care. B-but I feel like I do."

I look over to my right seeing Jesse leaning against the wall and Jason in front of her. She was crying. I frown before turning the other way walking to my locker.

/Jesse's POV\

"Its okay to care, Jesse. Its like caring after an ex-boyfriend. Even though he was a dick you still care." Jason said. I shake my head leaning against the all, "Luke is a dick. But its not the same. I known him basically my whole life, just two years isn't going just stop me from caring. Than him being arrested doesn't help. Neither does Alex." I sigh.
