"Where's Kate?" It was Tuesday, lunch time. Tanner called Kate shortly after I ended my call with Michael in tears, Tanner didn't say anything after the call ended just walked out. Kate didn't show up at school neither did Andy, I texted both but only Andy answered. Saying she's ditching. Probably with Kate. Which leaves only Alex, Tanner, Jason and I at the table.

Luke never called, texted or came over since I yelled at him outside the tattoo parlor yesterday. He wasn't in gym, I don't know if he skipped or not.

Seems like everyone was.

"Jason, is Luke in Niks?" I ask looking over. He nodded, "Was he in class?" I ask. "Yeah he came in late." I nod glancing over to the entrance. "Since when did you care?" Alex laughed. I close my eyes before looking over at her, "Well I'm sorry that I'm a bit worried that he got arrested. I didn't know it was against your rules to worry." I snap. Alex rolled her eyes, "There you go, walking in, with his girlfriend" she said. I look over to the entrance, Luke opened the door and Kenzie walked in.

I don't understand her problem. Its okay for Alex to talk about Luke, saying how dumb he is to date Kenzie. Or how his girlfriend is a slut. Without ever being friends with him. But when I ask, knowing Luke for eleven years, I get in trouble. And I hate how much she emphasizes on girlfriend. Yeah I know Luke has a girlfriend, no need to remind.

He slowly walked in and the room fell silent, he awkwardly walked over to Kenzie who took his hand and pulled him over to their table. Few people looked over at me before whispering to their friends looking back at me, "Quit your starring and get back to your damn lunch." I snap. Their eyes widen before turning around. "Seriously did you get sassier over the weekend?" Alex asked laughing. I roll my eyes before taking a drink of my water, "Okay what the hell am I missing? Tanner looks like he got hit by a bus, Jason and Jesse give each other these weird looks, Kate is not here, Andy skipped again and Jesse is now all about Luke?! What the fuck happened?"

I sigh, "Well one, all of it is literally none of your business and two, some of it is private just saying." I give her a tight smile before dropping it looking down. "None of my business? All my friends are keeping secrets! I think I should know!" she yelled. "I cheated on Kate." Tanner said quickly. If Alex wasn't sitting next to him she probably wouldn't have heard.

"You what?" She breathed. "W-With Kenzie." he said quieter looking over at Luke and her. She smiled laughing at something Calum had said. Michael looked over smirking, you little shit. Luke paid no attention because he was already looking over here. "You're fucking kidding me right? With Kenzie?!" she laughed. "Seriously? You honestly think Tanner would lie? Even lie about this?" I snap looking over at her.She's taken back by all of this. Her hair falls off her shoulders to her back as she leans back away from the table. "Jesus, maybe this is why no one tells you shit? You either blow it way out of portion, tell everyone, or you think we're lying." I continue. "Well I'm sorry I find it hard to believe that Tanner would cheat on Kate, with KENZIE." She stood from her seat looking down,

"You find everything hard to believe! That's why you always spread rumors around! You want to know what I heard in gym!? A rumor that Luke killed someone! From YOU!! I find it hard to believe that you would think its okay to do that!" I say standing up looking at her. "Well if you don't like it than don't sit here. No one is forcing you. I'm sure we can find someone to fill the seat." she laughed. "You're right, no one is keeping me here. OH don't worry about finding someone, your damn ego is big enough for two." I nod. I grab my bag off the ground and my trash, I throw my bag over my shoulder and throwing my food away in the closest bin.

 I walk out of the lunch room into the hallway, I sigh walking down the hall towards my locker. Once I reach there I lean against the lockers my bag falling to the ground next to me. I sliding down sitting on the ground, I bring my left knee up to my chest holding it while I straightening out my right leg in front of me.
