Chapter six

2 weeks had passed since I last spoke with Yo, and it was finally time for us to meet up again.

YO: 2 pm at the coffeeshop?

Y/N: Sure, works for me!

I was really excited about this and my relationships with my classmates were going great. I've started talking more with the other ones, me and Mina are inseparable, and me and Katsuki have been hanging out every day, playing minecraft, opening up a bit, well.. only me. But he always sits there with me and listens. I never really thought of him as the type to be like that, but I knew that he was the type to listen more than opening up. After these two weeks I've also noticed that he struggles with his words, but I was always patient. We were slowly coming closer, as friends, or.. best friends? I don't really know if I could call us that. But what I've noticed is that he was way more nicer to me, than he was to the others. Which I honestly didn't mind. He was a really nice guy, I was glad that I had him as a friend.. or best friend.

It was 12:30 pm, which meant that I had to start getting ready. I went to do my makeup, just a soft glam because I didn't want to overdo it. I mean, it wasn't really anything that extra.. right? It definitely wasn't a date. At least he never said that it was one.. But what if he took it as a date and I'd show up like a homeless person? That would be awful. Never mind. I just did the soft glam, and then I just brushed my hair. Then I went to pick out an outfit, but even after 20 minutes I couldn't pick anything. Why was this so hard? I thought. What the fuck? Picking an outfit should NOT be this hard Y/n. What's wrong with you? 

Y/N: my dorm. now.

MINA: be there in 5 seconds babe.

I decided to text Mina, because I was getting nowhere alone. I was going to look through my closet one last time on my own, when my door blasted open.

"Okay, what happened?" Mina came in my dorm, with not her bubbly exited usual self.

"Are you okay Mina? Did something happen?" I asked her, with clear concern in my voice.

"Yeah I'm fine. I'm just fucking exhausted. I haven't had a single second of sleep because my cramps are KILLING ME!" she says and sits on my. bed.

"I'm so sorry.. Never mind then. Go try to sleep, and I'll figure this out myself." I smiled at her.

"No no no, what's going on? I need to help out my best friend!" 

"I'm supposed to meet Yo in a bit more than an hour, and I have no idea what to wear!" I say and fall onto the bed next to her.

She then runs out of my dorm, and not even a minute later she comes back with the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. It wasn't too long, but not too short. It wasn't too extra, but also not too boring. I then tell Mina to turn around, and when I put it on she turns back to me. Her eyes immediately fall on the dress on me, and she literally shrieks. 

"DON'T EVEN GIVE IT BACK TO ME. IT'S YOURS NOW. HOLY FUCKING SHIT YOU LOOK SO GOOD!"

"Thanks!" I laugh at her being so extra.

"Now go and blast his eyes out of his head!" she stands up and starts pushing me towards the door.

"Yes! I'm going! Jeez.. I can walk myself y'know?" I say stopping her from pushing me.

"Fine! I just wanted to make sure you leave!" 

"Wait.." I look at my phone, "I still have an hour left." 

*ding*

I look at my phone, to see who texted me, but there was nothing there.

"Shit. I'm sorry babe, I gotta go call my mom." Mina says looking up from her phone.

"No worries. I'll see you later okay?" I tell her and she leaves to her dorm.

I go to sit on the couch and just scroll through tiktok so i can kill some time but something else, or someone else interrupts me.

"Where the fuck are you going that you're all dressed up like that, dumbass?" Katsuki asks from behind me.

"I'm gonna go meet Yo, but i still have like an hour left. I don't really know what to do until then." I replied.

I saw his fists clench a bit after I said that. His face expression changed a bit too. Before he had a slight soft expression, but after that his eyes narrowed, and looked angry? or annoyed? What's that all about? I didn't really think much of it though, since it's Katsuki we're talking about.

He rolled his eyes and sighed, "Wanna watch an episode of Jjk?" 

I just smiled to that, and then he started walking to his dorm and I followed right behind him. We then sat on his bed and he switched on his tv and played the next episode to where we ended last time. 

After a few minutes of watching, I looked over at him. He looked so.. relaxed. It wasn't very rare to see him like this. He's usually angry or annoyed. Well.. at least when we're with other people. I always liked that when me and him are alone, he was relaxed, and he almost completely switched personalities. It was almost unbelievable for me, but I was glad that he was like that.

When we finished the episode, I told him that I had to go, he didn't really look at me, he just said okay and that I can come back when I'm finished with that fuckface. I just laughed at that and said that I'll text him and began walking to the coffeeshop.

When I finally came inside, I looked around the place to see where he was sitting. But I couldn't find him.

"Looking for someone?" someone said from behind me. So I turned around and there he was. The guy I've waited for 2 weeks to see him again.

"Yo! You scared me!" I laughed a bit.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to. Come on, let's sit." he put his hand around my back, and started walking towards a free table. We then sat down and ordered drinks, and some sandwiches.

"You look beautiful today." he said, looking at me.

"Oh, just today?" I laughed.

"No no! I'm sorry I didn't mean it like that-"

"I'm just messing with you.. Thanks Yo." I blushed a bit.

"Sooo.. how have you been?" he asked smiling.

"I've been good. What about you?"

"Fine. I've just had a lot of work from school. We started patrolling with our agencies recently, and it's a bit exhausting. They're usually really long shifts, and sometimes I don't even get to sleep."

"Oh, that must be rough. I'm sorry to hear that.."

"No worries, it's a part of being a hero. So I don't mind that much."

"Wow.. how long have you been wanting to be a hero?"

"Since I was a kid. I've always wanted to help people out, and I have a good quirk as well. So I decided that I'd be a hero. It also pays well." he laughs a bit at the last sentence.

"Well.. as long as you don't feel pushed into the job, then it's fine right?"

"Yeah.. Um, do you have any plans for tomorrow?" 

"Not really, why?" 

"I've got a day off, and I've been wanting to go get drunk for a while. You in?"

I was in shock a bit after what he had just asked. I didn't see him as the type to drink. But I didn't really know if I should agree. Should I say yes? What if he just wants to use me? No. He's too sweet to do that.. Fuck it. 

"Sure. Where do you wanna do it?" you only live once, right?

"I know a spot." he winked at me. 

"Okayy."

After that we talked for around 2 more hours, but he needed to get back to his school. So we said our goodbyes and I went back to the dorms.

When I got there I went to Mina's room, to tell her all about it.

*knock* *knock*
