The case!

SPEACH:
ERIC: so it is a bit of a long one this so I will try and be quick a man who we can not identify has got three family's held hostage in different rooms. We think it is his family and there are two women In a room they look like the mothers I think it is there two family's as well. We are also lead to BELIVE one room is full of his children there are 6 children in there. One is clearly the oldest she seems to e taking a motherly role as there looks to be a girl around 11-12 and boy around 10 to toddlers who look about 2-3 and then a little girl around 1-2 she only looks about 15 her self.
KENSI: she looks familiar as in she looks like someone or someone I have seen
CALLEN: yes I was thinking the same thing
SAM: so how many rooms are there exactly?
ERIC: it looks like there is around 11 rooms 5 of the room have dead bodies in. To me it looks as if he is putting gas in the room to kill them room by room after her has beat them. From what we can see I think every single room can see each other but can't see them self like a live streaming! So they are watching there families being killed.
DEEKS: So how many dead and how many alive?
ERIC: 16 bodies. And 23 alive not including the 6 children.
KENSI: poor girl having to look after them kids I couldn't even look after them all at this age let alone her age
ERIC: it looks as if she is going hungry to fed them so to be honest we need to get them and get them out fast.

ERIC: 3 men
(Uncles! Why are you doing this to us why?? What have they ever done to you? I hate you for this!)
SAM: guys she hasn't cried?
CALLEN: you don't always have to cry you know
SAM: yes I know but look what happened to KENSI because she never cried
KENSI: but it is a totally different story!
SAM: yes but what I am saying is that she needs to cry to realise her emotion out and to allow her self to feel sad for the loss of what looks like her family

DEEKS: but everyone deals with it in different ways you dont cry
SAM: i know but I haven't had to watch my family be killed
NELL: but if you don't cry why does she have to
SAM: because she is a 15 year old girl. We think. I am a fully grown man with children who rely on me all I am saying is that it is a little different that's all.
KENSI: we need to find these people!
ERIC: guys there are three more dead women!
