Yoongi was apartment searching. He couldn't stay at Jimin's, it had only been a couple days, but he couldn't take it anymore. He'd probably already lead Namjoon to his place by driving Taehyung there.
Tae had been a nervous wreck the past few days, and he hadn't left Jimin's. Felix had cooked him his favorite foods, Jimin had tried to cheer him up with jokes and cheesy comments and Yoongi had been going back and forth from Taehyung's place to Jimin's, grabbing him what he needed.
Yoongi didn't mind it, but he couldn't stay there any longer He wanted to help Tae, but felt terrible because it really was his fault.
He walked into a second story apartment close to Jimin's, in case he needed help. The woman touring him around was friendly, the apartment was small, with one bedroom and bathroom, a kitchen was combined with a small living room, facing a large with a small deck. Yoongi liked it.
When they walked into the bedroom, a man was sprawled on the bed. The woman scolded him for taking a break in the house. "Excuse him, he--"
"I'll go from here ma'am. I'm just what he's looking for." The man sat up, a large smile on his face.
Jung Hoseok, or Hope as people called him smiled at Yoongi warmly. Yoongi wasn't surprised to find him here; Hope had a habit of coming in at the most unwanted of times.
The woman was startled but walked out of the room.
"So, what do you need my prince?" Hoseok took his hand and kissed it.
"No need for formalities, Hope. I need you to watch someone for me, keep him close but away from me--"
"Not kill him?" Hope sat down on the bed; his curly hair fell in his eyes. Yoongi remembered his big eyes but had forgotten how enticing his smile was.
"No, I'm going to do that myself."
"Oh, I forgot how passionate you are." Hope hummed, pulling him on the bed. His eyes were low on Yoongi's lips.
"Surely you remember why we broke up, then." Yoongi tucks a hair behind Hope's ear. "I also need a job, something lowkey. Like my last job, I'm sure you know."
"You noticed!" Hoseok grinned; happy Yoongi had noticed his stalking.
"I did notice, you have a special eye for me." Yoongi felt his phone buzz. And, on account for Namjoon's comment of 'hope is watching' or whatever he had said.
"A special eye for a special boy. I'll get that all handled for you. Maybe we have lunch sometime?" Hope put his hand over Yoongi's on the bed. Yoongi raised a brow and stood.
"I'll consider it, you know where to find me."
"So, are you interested in the apartment?" The woman followed Yoongi to the door.
"I am. let's work out the paperwork, shall we?" Yoongi glanced at his phone. Jungkook was asking for dinner sometime so they could talk. Yoongi sighed; he really didn't have time for this right now.
