Fooled by Harley... Again?

~{Chapter 5}~*This chapter is about when Harley is up to her old tricks again and dresses up as "May" to make a fool on the stage in preventing her from "ever" entering a Pokemon Contest... but Drew saw right through him and immediately saved May, his girlfriend❤️in finishing her performance without any more interference. *The next day, in the forest close to the *Driftveil🏙City*
*10:00 a.m.*
"I can see Driftveil City from here! We're getting close Drew," May said on top of a high hill excited that they're getting closer to the next city for the Pokémon Contest. "I see it too. May," Drew said standing beside his girlfriend seeing the city from on the hill too and he was just as excited as May was. But this time he planned on winning the Driftveil City Contest! Then, they immediately ran together as fast as possible down the hill to get there quickly to the Pokémon Contest to register for it before it's too late... cause registration clauses at exactly 11.
Luckily, May and Drew made it there just in time cause there were only two spots left. So, it was "perfect"! May put down Glaceon and Warotle for the double performance round to show off her incredible combinations of Water and Ice attacks of style and grace. A water🌊& ice❄️combination duo! As for the battle stage round, it is a double battle so, she chose Venasaur and Skitty. Drew put down Roserade and Butterfree for the double-performance round for the perfect combination of grass, bug, and poison and for the double battle round, he chose Absol and Dewott. After that, they both decided to get some extra training in before the contest started at 1 p.m. Today. "Perfect timing... right on cue," Harley said to himself softly in a deep voice while wearing a mysterious black coat in disguise as he walked away from the registration in the contest hall heading outside to begin the next phase of his master plan to ruin May and Drew's chances of winning this contest too. And that's by locking May into the storage closet/room until the contest is over...

*Two hours later, the Driftveil City Pokemon Contest begins*
*1:07 p.m.*
"Excuse me, can you help me? I can't find my Snivy anywhere I think it might be lost." Harley said dressed up as a damsel in distress trainer girl putting on a whole act and "white lie". Being nice she falls for his act and immediately helps her without knowing or being aware that it was Harley in disguise. "Of course, I'll help you! Come on, let's look around and we'll find it." May said optimistic in helping a young stranger trainer/coordinator that she just met find her lost Pokemon. "Thank you so much! Your kindness is much appreciated," She said delightfully in May helping her and then turned around with a creepy smirk. "Let's try the storage room I'm sure we'll find your Snivy in here. If it got so scared and wanted to hide in a small space," May said speaking from experience when her Blaziken was a "Torchic" and it always ran off on its own getting lost and her little squirrel did too as she open the storage closet door and went inside to have a look to see if anything is in here. "Oh, it's in there. Just keep looking..." Harley said in a girly cheerful voice encouraging May to keep looking as he slammed the door for dramatic effect and lock May inside with no way out with the janitor's key🔑. "Perfect. The trap is set!" Harley said softly for dramatic effect while taking off his girlish disguise and immediately walked away whistling casually in the hall acting like he knew nothing. "Hello? Is anyone there? I'm still in here. Please, let me out!" May said banging on the door to have someone let her out of the storage room and trying to get out on her own but nothing seemed to work. Then, she reached into her green fanny pack grabbed Glaceon's Pokeball, and threw it saying. "Come on out, Glaceon, and freeze the door!" May said loudly bringing out her glaceon to help her out of this storage room but when she tossed her Pokeball nothing came out as it was empty. Because Harley replaced her Pokeballs with fake ones and she immediately knew that bad said because of it. "Harley. I should have known!" May said stating the obvious that it was Harley in disguise playing one of his mind games on her and she fell for it once again. Harley chuckled holding May's PokeBalls that he was planning on using her Glaceon and Warotle for the final phase of his plan to work. Then, Drew came out of the coordinator's lounge searching for his girlfriend everywhere cause she was about to go on stage soon for the performance round and if she doesn't show up, then May will be "qualified" of course he couldn't let that happen and then he ran into Harley in the hall and said. "Oh, hey, Harley. Have you seen May? I can't find her anywhere." Drew asked concerned about his girlfriend's whereabouts and if Harley had seen May anywhere in the building of the contest. Like he tell him the truth that would foil with his plan. "Nope. Haven't seen her." Harley said with confidence and walked off for dramatic effect with a creepy smile on his face knowing exactly where May is. Cause he's the one who put her there in the first place!
