May❤️& Drew💚: Battle partners!

A "Sick" May❤️... (Part 1)

~{Chapter 6}~*This chapter is about when May gets "Sick" from falling in the river when training for the next contest with her DragonAir practing on a new water type move to learn. So, Drew takes care of her until she gets better... like any boyfriend would do for their girlfriend when they're feeling *ill*. I hope you like it, Enjoy!*

*In the forest near the next town on route 20*
*11:30 a.m.*
May was training in the river teaching DragonAir aqua ring for the next Pokemon contest until she slipped and fell in the water🌊and her clothes were all "soaking wet" as she sneezed🤧because of it and didn't feel so good cause the water was freezing cold🥶 and so was she. Then, DragonAir immediately picked up May out of the river as it small wings🪽🪽on each side of his head enlarged and flew up above carrying its trainer to Drew and placed her on the ground because of it. As Drew quickly ran to her side in comforting her but not without thinking Dragonair for getting her out of there in time. "Thanks, DragonAir. Are you alright? May," Drew said grateful while concerned if May was "okay" after slipping in the water like that. "Yeah, I'm fine Drew, I am just a little cold," May replied softly in a weak voice as she was shivering feeling as cold as ice🧊. Then, Drew quickly took off his jacket and wrapped it around her to get May, his girlfriend warm and hopefully won't get sick. "It's okay, May, I'm here. Does that help? Are you still cold?" Drew said sweetly helping his girlfriend get warm and "toasty" and letting May know that he'll Always be here to take care of her no matter what. May sneeze loudly feeling sick cause she was still wearing her wet clothes. "Yeah, I am. I'm freezing cold. Drew," May replied back to him that she was obviously still cold and needed to get "warm" stat. "Alright. Come on, let's get you into some warm clothes. May," Drew said being a good boyfriend💚to May escorting her back to their campsite to lay in their portable mobile tent⛺️. She nodded in agreement that sounds like a *good idea*. Then, May took off her wet clothes in the tent that Drew made for her last minute acting as a ford hospital for caring for her condition... and she put on her pjs to be more comfortable and less wet as she layed down straight on the blankets and placed her head on a pillow and rolled on her left side closing her eyes to get some rest. Cause getting lots of rest when you're sick is really important and sometimes it helps. Drew watched May sleeping peeking in the tent a bit as May's DragonAir and Blaziken did too. "She's gonna be "okay" you guys, I know you're worried about her and so, am I. Which is why I'm going to go to the drugstore in the next town. But you all stay here and look after her while I'm gone. But don't worry I'll be back soon." Drew said sensing that May's Pokemon were worried about her and told him that everything was going to be "okay" while packing his bags up quickly in gathering the poke dollars he needed to pay for the medical supplies to help cure his girlfriend's "cold" as Roserade and Butterfree went with him to keep their trainer company. Just in case something goes wrong😅!

"Drew. Where are you?" May said out loud tossing and turning in her sleep, and then woke up from her "dream" by her wartle's water gun in her face. "I'm up! I'm up! I-I... uh, Warotle? Glaceon? Skitty? Venasaur? Blaziken? And DragonAir? What's going on here? And where's Drew?" May questioned softly at the sight of her Pokémon in the tent with her and wondered why that is and where Drew was. Glaceon gestured at her trainer with its ice creating a visual impression of where Drew was and what he was doing for her. "Wait, so, Drew left to go to the next drug store in town to get me medicine to get me all better because I have a really bad fever!" May said loudly stating the obvious of what her Pokémon were trying to tell her in their own way of communicating with her where Drew went so suddenly and asked them all to take care of me till he got back with the special herb to cure her cold. Glace nodded in that being exactly "correct". May Sighed in relief laying back on her pillow that Drew didn't leave her after all like he did in her dream and then she fell back to sleep😴💤to dream good dreams and not bad ones about him instead.

*An hour later, May was getting "sicker🤒" by the minute as her fever was rising⬆️fast.*
*1:10 p.m.*
May's Pokémon were doing their best to help their trainer and friend until Drew returned with the medication to cure her "cold". But luckily, he came at just the right time running as fast as he could to the campsite while holding an bottle of crushed of herbs inside and immediately stopped rushing to May inside the tent and opened up the bottle pouring on a spoon🥄to make it easier to swallow it and said because of it. "Oh, no. May, you're burning up. Here, you have to drink this fast before you start to hallucinate or get worse." Drew said out loud with concerned that his girlfriend was getting worse than he left and knew that she had to drink the medicine right away in liquid form to decrease her fever. So, she immediately had one spoonful of it but it had a bad taste in it as May spit some of it out and wiping her mouth to get the taste out of her mouth and said. "Ugh, that's disgusting and gross!" May said loudly in disgust. "It's supposed to help make you better. May, just give it time. You'll get passed the bad taste Drew explained softly. "If it's supposed to make me feel better then why does it taste so gross?" May said disgusted by the taste of the medicine that Drew gave her just now. Then, she immediately grabbed the bottle from Drew and began drinking it all down to cure her cold in getting all better by the end of day when the sun goes down...

*The next day, in the morning*
*9:33 a.m.*
Drew fell asleep😴💤when taking care of his girlfriend all night and suddenly woke up nodding off a bit and gasped fearfully at the sight of May not being in the tent. Then, he immediately ran out of the tent searching for his girlfriend around the campsite saying. "May! Where are you???" Drew yelled out loud. "Relax. Drew! I'm right here, I just went to get some water by the river." May said coming back to the campsite in letting Drew that she was "okay" and just got up earlier to get some water. He sighed in relief and said. "Well, that's a relief but hey you look like you're feeling a lot better! May," Drew said. "Yeah, I feel a lot better actually, thanks to you!" May said optimistic feeling a lot better today than she did yesterday. "Of course, May, you're my girlfriend and I love❤️you!" Drew said loudly expressing his feelings about how he really feels about her. "I love❤️you too, Drew," May said sweetly, expressing her emotions as well toward Drew of how much she loved him with all of her heart.
