May❤️& Drew💚: Battle partners!

Semi-Finals:

~{Chapter 10}~*This chapter is about when it is almost the end of the "Unova Grand Festival" cause it is time for the semi-final double matchups where both winners of each battle face off in the final contest battle... to decide who will take home the "Ribbon🎀Cup🏆" and be Top Coordinator of the Unova Region! Who will it be though May or Harley? Drew or Solidad? I hope you like it, Enjoy!*

*At the Unova Grand Festival*
*May VS. Harley in the Semi-Finals~ Double contest battle*
*2:00 p.m.*
"Come on out my darling, Jellicent🌊👻and Krookodlile🪨👁‍🗨!" Harley said bringing out his two Pokemon on the battlefield stage as they both landed on the stage with style and creepy looks on their faces. "Warotle🌊and Beautifly take the stage!" May said bringing out her two Pokemon as they both landed with "grace" and *beauty* showing off their shiny shell and dazzling beautiful gorgeous wings. Then, the double battle began! "Warotle uses a hydro pump and Beauitfly Sliver Wind!" May said calling out the first attack before Harley did. By using an Water🌊/Wind🌬combination! He chuckled having a trick up his sleeve. This means a water/ground combination. "Jellicent use Water Pulse and Krookodlile rock tomb!" Harley said loudly making a counterattack against May's combination destroying it in seconds! Warotle and Beautifly took a direct hit from Harley's water/rock combination. Which cost May some points when her Pokemon hit the floor "hard"! Both struggle to get back up again while groaning in pain because of it. "Oh, no. Warotle! Beauitfly! Come on, get up you two. I know you can do it! I believe in you!!!" May said encouraging her Pokemon to get back up again. "I guess this means it is the end of the line for you, May, admit that you're beaten and give up!" Harley said as a suggestion for May to give up already and let him win this match.
"No way! We're not giving it up! As long as me and my Pokemon are "one" nothing can stop us!" May said with optimism. Warotle cried out like a "Warrior" finally having the strength to stand... All of a sudden, May's Wartole "glowed" white. "What's this? No. It can't be!" Harley said stating the obvious of May's Warotle evolving is a bad thing. Moments later, Warotle evolved into Blastoise in a matter of seconds as it cried out feeling fierce and Stronger than ever before! "This is great! Blastoise, wow. Okay, time for a hydro pump aerial ace!" May shouted out loudly with excitement calling out a brand new combination. Then, Blastoise shot out a powerful💥 "Hydro Pump" out of its water cannon on the shell as Beautifly used its aerial ace "gracefully" fly into it and then began spinning around and around inside the hydro pump and then used "Psychic" to control it at will. To pack a powerful punch on Harley's blue Jellicent and Krookodlile were knocked out instantly! "Jellicent and Krookodlile are unable to battle.  Blastoise and Beauitfly win! Which means May will be moving onto the "finals"!
Abagail said out loud declaring the winner of the first double battle stage round of the "Grand Festival".

"Oh, no. My daring Jellicent and Krookodlile!" Harley said loudly in a high pitched voice in shock that he actually *lost* to May again while hugging his two Pokemon that fainted as she grabbed both of their PokeBalls and returned them immediately in getting a good "rest". "Amazing job! You two, I'm so proud of you!" May said ecstatic🤩with joy and pride to her Pokemon for winning against Harley and hugging them happily because of it. Especially, her newly evolved Blastoise! Drew smiled happily proud of his girlfriend watching May defeat Harley once again in the audience... now, he won't be a problem to them anymore.

*Drew Vs. Solidad in the Semi-Finals~ Double contest battle*
"Slowking and Mienshoo come on out!" Solidad said bringing out her two Pokemon to face Drew and win this round and face May in the "Finals". They both landed on the stage battlefield with "grace" and *style* while posing dramatically ready to battle and perform their very best. "Zebstrika⚡️and Typhlosion🔥! Come on, out!" Drew said bringing out his two Pokemon on the stage as they both landed gracefully on the battlefield ready to give it their all. "I had a feeling that would be your *secret weapon* Drew," Solidad said stating the obvious that Drew would use his Pokemon fire starter partner from the Johto region. "Yeah, you guessed it! Solidad, but this time I'll not going to lose. I'm gonna win and I am not holding back!" Drew said confidently determined to win and wasn't planning on holding back against Solidad. Cause he really wanted to beat her and not lose to her like the last time they faced off against each other. "I like the sound of that. Drew, and I don't plan on holding back either." Solidad smiled feeling the same in not holding back and giving this double battle against Drew and giving it everything she got. Both talk back to each other like true "Rivals". Then, the last battle of the Semi-Finals contest match began! The winner of this battle will be facing May in the Final tomorrow morning. Then, the battle began! "Zebstrika uses wild charge and Typhlosion flame wheel!" Drew said loudly calling out the first attack of his combination of electric/fire. Their flame wheel and wild charge collided with one another creating an electrifying⚡️powered flame🔥wheel coming right at Slowking🌊☪️and Mienshoo👊but Solidad didn't give a command yet as she was waiting for the right moment to attack... and that was now when Zebstrika and Typhlosion got closer as she said out loud because of it. "Counter with psychic Slowking!" Solidad said countering Drew's fireball electric charge combination stopping them in their tracks. Then, Zebstrika and Typhlosion were stopped within minutes unable to move as they were both thrown on the ground with psychic making Drew's combination *fail*. Which cost him some points! They immediately got up still standing and shook off that psychic attack and determined to win. "Great recovery! You two, now time for a fire

"Great combination. Drew, but it's my turn! Slowking use psybeam and midnshoo use drain punch!" Solidad said calling out her next combination. "Dodge it!" Drew said thinking fast on his feet as his Zebstrika and Typhlosion quickly dodged Mienshoo's drain psybeam punch before it hit them. Since Solidad's combination failed that also, cost her some points too. "Thunderbolt and flamethrower!" he said calling out his next combination. Then, thunderbolt and flamethrower combined with each other creating a powerful fire attack infused with a strong electric attack to pack a powerful punch! The contest double battle went on and on as either side was backing down. But the time on the clock was running out as both of their points were tied down half and half. Until Solidad's Slowking and Drew's Zebstrika were knocked out and now, it was a battle against Mienshoo and Typhlosion but they were both exhausted and took a lot of damage from each other's fusion combinations. "Typhlosion use the flame wheel again!" Drew said confidently flipping his hair for dramatic effect of making an risky attack. "Mienshoo counter that flame wheel with ice punch!" Solidad said calling out a powerful ice attack to counter the flame wheel from its mark. Mienshoo charged in fast with an ice punch and touched the flame wheel as the flame went out turning completely into ice leaving Typhlosion trapped inside the ice unable to escape. "Damn it! What am I going to do now? Typhlosion is trapped! I can't just wait here and do nothing cause the ice will melt into water that would knock out Typhlosion. And the more I wait the more points I lose.
(gasped in shock) That's it! I'll use that!" Drew thought frustrated to himself. Until he💚had a brilliant idea in mind and said because of it. "That's it. We'll use that! Charge in and use "icicle wheel"! Drew said calling out a combination out of the blue last minute. Which left the whole audience, all the judges "speechless" and even May was surprised as well. As Typhlosion spinned face inside the wheel made of ice🧊heading straight forward with full power and speed at Solidad's mienshoo. Moments later, Typhlosion icicle wheel hit its mark taking a direct hit to Mienshoo as it got knocked out instantly. "Mienshoo is unable to battle! Typhlosion wins! Which means Drew will be moving on to the finals to face May!" Abagail said declaring the winner of the last semi-final round and that Drew will be facing May in the finals tomorrow. Solidad smiled impressively at Drew's amazing victory over defeating her and then returned her Mienshoo saying "You did a great job out there Mienshoo! Your true fighting spirit was beautiful, now return and get a good rest." She said returning her Pokemon to its Pokeball. Then, Solidad went up to congratulate Drew in amazing performance and victory and he deserved it! As they both shook hands in an amazing double contest battle as true rivals would do. May was amazed by Drew's victory in finally defeating Solidad and moving on to the "Finals". That thought crossed her mind.

*At the Unova Grand Festival, in the Pokemon Coordinators dorms*
*11:14 p.m.*
"Me and Drew in the Finals..." May thought out loud to herself lying awake in bed inside her Pokemon Coordinator dorm room thinking about tomorrow's battle with her boyfriend. She was prepared to go all out on her Pokemon and win it in being named Top Coordinator of the *Unova Region*. She won the ribbon cup in Johto and became the Top coordinator of that region. Then, she turned off her lights and closed her eyes drifting off to sleep😴💤to get some shut-eye dreaming about tomorrow's epic double battle contest match against Drew, her boyfriend💚. "Me and May in the Finals," Drew thought out loud to herself lying in bed inside his "Pokemon Coordinator" dorm room also, thinking about tomorrow's contest double battle with his girlfriend. Then, he drifted off to sleep as well dreaming about tomorrow's battle too with her❤️. And he planned on going all out and winning it!
