Notes • just a few days after October 7, 2023, Nemahsis, a Palestinian singer, was dropped by her record label for reposting pro-Palestinian content and resources on her personal social media accounts. Since then, she and her team have been releasing music independently without any distribution label, as many of her music industry contacts have cut ties with her for being both Palestinian and anti-genocide. She has also done a cover of Lorde's "Team" to garner support for Palestine.
