Ramen and Rasengans

"Why did you invite me for ramen if you don't really know me? Not that I am complaining, but still." Naruto asked.

"Well since you are my neighbor and my new teammate, I wanted to get to know you." I said

"Wait, so your the person who is moving in next door?" Naruto asked and I nod.

"Alright!" He shouts.

Then Ayame comes out at the same time and hands us our orders of ramen.

"Alright! Again!" He shouts, happy that he has ramen now.

"Thank you, Ayame." I say respectfully.

"Your welcome Semasu." Ayame says as she walks into the back of the shop.

I eat my ramen slowly, making sure it has cooled down.

Naruto on the other hand eats his ramen quickly. Before I am even a quarter of the way done with my ramen, Naruto has finished a bowl and had ordered more.

Naruto eats 5 bowls of ramen and we start talking. We pay for our ramen and leave. Ayame looks at me and smiles. What is going on in her mind?

We walk over to training ground 7 to train.

"Naruto, I bet you that I will win against you in Taijutsu." I said hoping that it will make him want to fight me.

"I bet you a bowl of ramen." I said, sparking his interest.

"Your on!" Naruto shouts as he gets into a fighting stance.

"Ok!" I shout back as I get into a fighting stance and activate my Shiakumangan.

"Let's go!" He shouts as he aims a punch for my head.

My Shiakumangan slows everything down.

I move over to miss his punch and I grab his arm. I take Naruto and flip him over my shoulder and toss him into a tree.

That has got to hurt! I think as Naruto gets out of the tree.

"You.... You move so fast!" He shouts.

"Yeah, you won't be able to land a single hit on me Naruto. I am just too fast for you to be able to hit me. Even your fastest move can't hit me." I said and Naruto's eyes widened. What did he just think of?

"Alright!" Naruto shouts as he made a shadow clone.

The shadow clone started doing something and a ball of chakra formed in Naruto's hand. Then the clone disappeared.

"Rasengan!" Naruto shouts as he runs towards me, aiming his rasengan at me. The Rasengan does make him a little faster, but not fast enough to hit me.

I dodge his attack and grab his arm again, but this time I slammed his hand towards the ground. When it slammed the ground the Rasengan left a crater and sent little pieces of dirt into the air.

"Good Jutsu. But it is still not enough to hit me. Sorry." I said and Naruto got up.

"Aww man! That was my best jutsu! And now I owe you a bowl of ramen!" Naruto complains.

"It is alright Naruto. Hey when you did that jutsu I sensed another chakra." I said.

"I am the jinchuuriki of the nine tails." Naruto said and I widen my eyes. He is the nine tails jinchuuriki?

"Oh ok." I said.

"What is there to do in this village?" I ask Naruto.

"Not a whole lot, I guess you can train. I can't train right now at the moment. I need to go do something, but I'll stop and visit you in your apartment later. Bye!" Naruto said as he started walking away.

"See ya!" I shouted as I jumped away and towards town.

*** Time skip ***

What is there to do in this village? I guess I can go and buy something to keep me entertained. I thought as I walked into the book store.

Kakashi is over there standing, reading a book.

"Hey Kakashi." I say

"Yo. I didn't expect to see you in here."

"Yeah, I am bored so I am going to see if I can get a book to read so I won't be bored. Do you have any suggestions for me to read?" I ask

Kakashi's eye widens and blush forms on the visible part of his face.

"Well........... Um.... Yeah.... See the thing is...... There is a series called...... Icha Icha." Kakashi says pretty embarrassed as he points to a shelf.

I look over to the shelf. Icha Icha Paradise, Icha Icha Violence, and Icha Icha Tactics. I guess I'll take them so when I go back I can have something to read during tailed beast sealings.

"Anything else?" I ask cautiously.

"Not really." Kakashi says.

"Ok, thanks." I say and I walk over to the books and pick one up of each and take them over to the counter.

I payed for the books and I left with Kakashi.

"Let me know how you think of the books." Kakashi says after a few minutes if silence.

"I will."

"So what is that Dojutsu you have again?" Kakashi asked.

"It is the Shiakumangan. It can slow down time for the user, everything goes in slow motion basically. It makes it easy to dodge attacks and makes me look fast for the opponents. Your Sharingan may not be even able to track me. But I have noticed that it takes more chakra the longer and slower I can make it. If I want to I can stop time and I can move behind you, but I can only do that for maybe a minute." I said.

"That must be very powerful. I must go, I'll see you tomorrow morning for our mission. Bye." Kakashi said as he jumped to the top of a building. Then he jumped away.
