Back home

(I have changed the story a bit. This is before Asuma and Chiriku are killed. I realized while writing this that the the plot is messed up a bit. Yay!)

"Hey, Semasu-Chan? Are we almost there?" Kei asked impatiently.

"Yes we are. We will be there in a few hours." I reply as I take a look at Dai.

I see that he has a little pain in his face, even though he is masking it well.

"Actually, let's stop and take a break." I suggest.

"OK." Kakashi says as he drops down to the ground and we follow him.

Dai walk over to a tree and lies down beside it.

I walk over to him and I take the scales off of his leg. I look at it and it looks a little better but not much though.

"Are you alright?" I ask.

"I am fine for now." Dai replies.

"OK I will put the scales back on before we go." I tell the wolf and he nods.

I walk over to Kakashi and I hold my hand out, palm up.

He seems to know what I want and hands me a balloon.

I slowly put my chakra into the balloon, trying to form the rasengan without moving the balloon.

Think of a sphere with chakra moving on the inside but doesn't change the shape of a sphere.

I look back down at my hand to see the balloon not moving. I continue for a few more minutes and it still doesn't move.

I look over at Kakashi and he nods.

After I remove the balloon and I do the same steps and the rasengan forms.

"Rasengan!" I shout as I push it into the side of a tree. It completely splinters the wood and breaks the trunk in half.

The tree starts to lean and eventually topples over.

"Now what?" I ask Kakashi as I look over at him.

"Now I need to teach you how to use fire style chakra. But we can do it when we teach Naruto whatever chakra nature he has." Kakashi tells me.

"Ok." I say as I sit down next to a tree.

I watch as Kei walks up to Dai and curls up next to him and falls asleep.

Those two are inseparable. Its quite cute to watch them. They really do love each other. I think as they nap together.

*** Half an hour later ***

"Alright let's move it!" Kakashi shouts as he stands up.

"Gimme a min." I say as I wrap scales around Dai's leg.

"Thank you, Semasu." Dai says as he stands up.

"Very welcome." I reply as I pick up Kei.

"Let me carry you. You must be tired for running for so long." I say sincerely as I pet his side.

"Oh thank you, Sema-Chan! You are very kind!" Kei says happily and he licks my face. Making him happy made me feel happy.

"Your welcome Kei." I say as I follow Kakashi.

"The village is not that far away. We will be there in 2 hours." Kakashi says as we jump from branch to branch.

*** 2 hours later ***

"So that is the Leaf village! Its so big!" Kei shouts as we walk up to the main gates.

"Yes, this is Konoha." I reply.
