Leaf Ninja!

*** Kotetsu POV ***

I lean over to Izumo.

"Should we let him in?" I ask quietly in Izumo's ear.

"He looks pretty beat up. Should we believe him?" Izumo said quietly.

"I think we should, I'll take him to the Lady Hokage." I suggested.

"Sure, I can keep guard until you return back." Izumo said with a smile on his face.

*** Hanshu POV ***

They keep talking, no doubt about me. I wonder if they will allow me in the village. The chunin look at me with a little sympathy.

"Alright we are going to the Hokage's tower. Follow me." Kotetsu said with a smile.

I walk up to him with a slight limp and we start walking into the village.

As we walked around he kept looking at me. But I understand that. Meanwhile I am looking at all of the shops, restaurants, and booths. I see little kids running around without a care in a world. Other than that it is a really peaceful place.

I really hope they let me stay here!

We keep walking until we get to a tall building with the land of fire's symbol on it. I guess that this is the Hokage's tower.

We go in we are met with flights of stairs. And then more after that. This will be so fun. I think sarcastically as we start climbing them.

When we are at the top of the tower we are met by a hall. We go down the hall and stop in front of a door. Kotetsu knocks on the door and we hear a faint "come in".

Kotetsu opens the door and walks in and pulls me in with him.

Sitting behind the desk is a lady with long blonde hair, and a purple diamond on her forehead. She is wearing a green grass haori and a grey kimono style blouse. Behind her is a tan lady wearing a bluish blask kimono. She is holding a pig, and it is wearing a pearl collar.

"Lady Hokage, this boy was wanting to come into the village. He said he was a refugee from Amegakure and was wanting to stay in this village." Kotetsu said and the lady at the desk nodded. So she must be the Hokage.

"Leave him here Kotetsu, I'll talk to him." The Hokage said and Kotetsu left the room, leaving me behind.

"You may sit down." The Hokage said as she pointed to a seat in front of her desk.

I looked to where she pointed and sat there.

"Why are you here?" She asked.

"I am from Amegakure. I didn't want to serve under our ruler so I came here, to start my life as a ninja again. Our ruler was horrible to us. I heard that Konoha was a very nice place. So I came here. I came here to ask if I can join your village and serve under you as a ninja." I said

Her eyes widened when I said that.

"You may, but we have our conditions here. First you must pay a rent on your apparent from money you get on missions. Second you must protect your comrades and the village. Then you are able to call yourself a leaf ninja. What was your rank young man?" She asked.

"I was a chunin." I said.

"Do you have any proof of you being a chunin?" She asked and I nodded.

I got in my bag and pulled out a Amegakure vest and a hidden rain forehead protector, and handed them to her.

She looked at them for a minute and looked up at me.

"I never did get your name, what is it?" She asked.
