After having their dinner date, Kai had driven them home which was mostly quiet which Kai didn't like. So while he drove he had placed a hand on her lap. "You're being rather quiet sweetie, what's going on inside of that head of yours?"

Rose let out a sigh as she looked at him sadly. "Everything that has happened today on that date...I honestly can't comprehend why I was treated how I was before. It makes me so confused, why would that bastard treat me so harshly if he didn't like me? He could have easily ignored me. So why? Why the abuse? Why constantly trying to kill me?"

Kai squeezed her thigh slightly before he got to a red light, he then looked at her seriously. "He was a double agent. No doubt he had an alter motive. He was sold off by your mother to kill you most likely but he didn't want things to end up getting dicey for him so he wanted it to look like an accident. But with what you had done it soiled all of those plans. It might not be a bad idea to talk to his family. See if they knew anything."

"I need to get closure, I hate that this is even a thought in my mind right now." Rose said sadly

"Do you know where his family lives?"

Rose nodded her head and told him the address before he drove her there. When she got out of the car and went to the gate she rang the buzzer only to get the youngest of the lot.

"Rose, is that you?"

"Yeah Shoto, I need to talk to your parents about your elder brother."

"Sure thing let me unlock the gate."

It wasn't long before Rose saw the younger male as he unlocked the gate. Once she was able to go inside she thanked the younger male patting the side of his face before going inside. Rose then went inside and went to find Enji and Rei, which was rather easy since they were sitting together outside on the other side of the house. When the duo saw Rose they got up.

"Rose?! You're alive!" Rei said shocked

"With that type of introduction it means you knew what Toya was supposed to do to me...didn't you?" Rose said unamused

Rei looked down ashamed. "Sadly...yes...Our silence was bought by your mother." 

"My mother and your eldest son are dead by my hands. So tell me what you know or you two will be next." Rose said seriously

Rei frowned before she looked at Rose sadly. "Your mother came up to me years ago about how she had a child she didn't want, that she was baby caged to a man she didn't love. So she asked me if I had a child that didn't have any morals that would be more than willing to take the child out of existence. I had shown her pictures of Toya and well...things began from there. Your mother would plan with Toya and I how you two would marry and how you would end up having an accidental death by his hands. He was supposed to come back home once the deed was done. But I hadn't heard word from him or Donna."

"I caught that asshole fucking some bitch on my bed, so I killed both of them. I learnt how to keep things clean from my father. So it was rather easy to kill the duo after finding out that he was sold off. Knowing that there was no love in the relationship that he had with me made me become cold hearted and want nothing to do with people or men for years. My mother fled months ago after my father was killed late at night by some bastard who had been sleeping with my mother and had a child with the bastard too. The man I am currently engaged to found my mother and helped me get closure with that bitch." Rose said seriously

Rei stepped back from Rose. "Y-You aren't going to do the same to us are you?!"

"No, but you dare allow any of your children to follow your eldest sons foot steps I will find out. Then I will come to find the two of you and kill you for not learning from your damn mistakes." Rose said seriously before she left out

Once she got back into Kai's car he had gotten off of the phone. "So...how did it go Rose?"

"We're going to need to have people watch the Todoroki family, the elders were in on the fact that Toya was supposed to kill me. I don't want the two other males to follow suit with their elder brother."

"I can arrange that, let's get you home. You've had an eventful day."

Rose nodded her head. "Alright Kai."
