"Owen, wait!"

I yell as he walks into the crowd of people. I ran after him, screaming his name.

I can't see him anymore. My small five foot frame couldn't see over the crowds of people.

"If you're looking for Owen he went upstairs to his room."

"Umm thank you, where is it?"

"Up the stairs to the left. The code is 27859."

"Okay." I run up the stairs and to what I'm guessing is his room. I punch in the code 27859. I walk into the room cautiously, I cant see him. His room is so tidy, nothing out of place. If I didn't know he played hockey you would have no idea. I close the door behind me and step farther into the room. I can see his silhouette from the bathroom.

"Owen?"

"I'm in the bathroom. Come in." I step into his bathroom. He is looking in the mirror at himself.

"Do you want help?"

"Sure."

I step closer and he grabs my hips. He lifts me until my ass is sitting on the edge of the counter. I grab the rubbing alcohol next to my right thigh. Owen has his hands planted on my hips lightly squeezing so that I stay in place. I move my legs apart so that he can stand in between them. He does as I expect and immediately fills the void between my legs.

"This might hurt." I say as I gently press the rubbing alcohol to the scratch under his eye.Owen winces and grips my hips harder. I put the cotton pad down on the counter to be thrown away later. I grab another cotton pad and dip it into the rubbing alcohol. I'm about to dab it to his cut but before I can Owen grabs my wrists.

"Owen, I have to finish cleaning it."

"I know. But can you hold on a minute, I need to fix my nose."

"Please don-."

Before I can say anything else Owen grabs his nose and pushes it back into place. His nose instantly starts to bleed. I grab the nearest towel and push it to his nose making sure to apply light pressure. Owen instantly grabs my hips trying to steady himself. I hold the towel for a few minutes longer. Making sure the blood has stopped before sitting it in the sink.

Once I get done cleaning the cuts and dried blood off of Owen's face, I text Vivian to see if she is okay.

Vivian:

Hey where did you go?

Me:

I'm upstairs in Owen's room, what's up?

Vivian:

Okay. I'm headed home, I need to study before my biology final tomorrow. Are you coming or are you going to find a ride?

Me:

I can find a ride. I love you, drive safe.

Vivian:

I love you too. I will drive safely, I promise. Text me if you need anything, Soph.
