Rosie heaved the heavy garbage bag into the dumpster, wiping her hands together afterwards..

She'd only thrown out what ABSOLUTELY couldn't be eaten, the most indigestible parts of the bodies..

And there were a lot of bodies...

Rosie sighed. The last battle had been one that had taken out a decent portion of the town's residents...

The bodies they could find were dragged back to Cannibal Town, where they were consumed like any other source of food...

They would have wanted it that way. Every young Cannibal was raised to believe there was no greater honor than allowing a close friend or family member to feast upon thine flesh after death...

There was no active cannibalism in the town. The Residents all considered each other family but...

Upon death, the consumption of one that was even considered a close friend was considered ok...

It was definitely strange and not understood by other demons but....

The Cannibals weren't like other demons in a lot of ways...

Rosie sighed again...

She knew those who had perished would have loved the taste of Angel Meat...

"Hey, that's mine!"

A sudden voice from within the dumpster caught Rosie's attention...

She peeked inside...

"Hello?"

She spotted something swimming about in the piles of trash...

What in the world?

She spotted a red tail and what looked like a pincer snipping through the bags...

"Aw Damn, just bones..."

"Uhhh...what are you doing in my dumpster?"

The voice stopped, before a rather strange looking head rose from the garbage...

It was pointy, with two small yellow eyes, and a pair of long antenna trailing off the sides...

It was a Shrimp....No, A Lobster...maybe a Crawfish?

"Ma'am, can't you see i'm a little busy trying to eat"

She noticed it was chewing on one of the bones from the bag she'd deposited..

Despite not appearing to have a mouth...

"Uhhh I can see that..."

It spit the bone out, before continuing to dig through the bags...

"Couldn't you have thrown out some tastier stuff?"

Rosie frowned. Oh great, the Giant Shrimp in her Dumpster was critical of her cuisine....

"I don't exactly tend to throw out the best stuff..."

The Shrimp looked up at her...

"Soooo...you're saying there's tastier back at your place?"

Rosie looked at the thing dumbfounded...

"I don't normally take Shrimp home..."

The Shrimp snipped a pincer at her "I'm a Crawfish, Lady"

Rosie didn't really care...but she sighed...

"Fine...just don't do anything stupid..."

Alastor kept looking between himself, Rosie as she drank her tea and...

The Giant Lobster who was messily devouring the plateful of organs in front of him...

"MMMM, Delicious!"

Rosie tended to invite strangers to their dinners but...

This one was especially strange....

Though Alastor supposed he had no room to talk. He had in the past months adopted a giant beetle, battled a robotic deer and crashed a giant dinosaur-shaped tank into the ocean...

Yeah, No he really didn't have any room to comment on what was weird...

The Lobster drank directly from the blood-filled glass in front of him before...

Letting out a loud belch...

Oh no...Oh no...

The Lobster could see Alastor's expression falter...

"What?"

He hadn't noticed the extremely terrifying and angry face that had begun to cross Rosie....

All of a sudden, Rosie grabbed the Lobster by the antenna and dragged him out the door

"Hey, what are you?"

The Door shut..

The sounds of pain from the other side were...quite loud...

Alastor didn't have any idea what was happening...

He just...tried to go back to his meal...

—----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Well thank you for dinner, Rosie. It's always a pleasure seeing you"

Alastor bowed a little and shook Rosie's hand, as she smiled brightly at him

"Oh the pleasure is all mine, Alastor. You know you really should bring that Morningstar fellow along to dinner sometimes..."

Alastor laughed "Oh you know Charlotte isn't my type....she's taken anyways..."
Rosie chuckled "I meant the older one..."

Alastor...didn't respond to that one...

"...Well it's been a pleasure!"

Alastor waved his friend goodbye, and began to walk away...

Stepping over the bent and broken Lobster on the street...

"Y'know, you should really work on your dinner etiquette, my friend"

As Alastor walked off, he heard a weak response from the Lobster...

"Noted..."
