reunion

When Bridget got down the stair she let go of niffty to wipe her eyes then ran up to husk "Daddy!!" she hugged husk tightly who hugged her back tightly. Bridget and husk were still crying and hugging until husk loosened and littered her face with kisses and licks making her giggles, eventually he stopped and hugged her tighter "I missed you so much baby." Bridget wiped her tears "I missed you too daddy.". Angel stepped closer so husk let her go. She turned and saw angel with tears in his eyes walked up to him and hugged him and he hugged back tighter and started littered her face with kisses then hugged her tighter "Mamma your hugging me too tight." "Shit sorry I just missed you so much." he loosened up a bit then continued to hug her "Bridget angel." the two turned to husk and nodded husk hugged the two of them and wrapped his wings around them. Charlie, vaggie, alastor, and niffty were watching everything with tears in there eyes (except for alastor the last time he cried as when his mama died) "It's so beautiful!!" Charlie said through tears "Shhh shut up they're having an emotional moment." niffty whispered.

15 minutes later

the three were sitting on the couch talking about their human lives until husk and angel stood up and started walking towards their room "Where are you two going?" Bridget asked, husk kissed her forehead saying "We'll be right back baby we're just gonna get something." she nods and 5 minutes later they come back with 10 red boxes with light pink ribbons around them "You do know it's not my birthday right?" Bridget asked, raising her eyebrow "Oh trust me we know but." angel said "We went shopping a while back and found some stuff you like." husk said. Elizabeth smiled as they handed her the gifts.

She opened the first which revealed it was full of jeweled hair clips with suns, moons, and stars. The second was full of jeweled earrings of different colors. The third was full of jeweled necklaces, rings, and bracelets. The fourth had a long sleeve casual dark red dress and black leggings. The fifth was full of different clothes like a light pink dress with a white belt, black trousers with suspenders, a red shirt with a roulette wheel, a black shirt with poker chips and dice, a black night shirt with poker cards in a royal flush and on top of it said Royal Flush, a tight white dress shirt with black buttons, black athletic shorts, a black pleated skirt, a long sleeve tight purple henley shirt, a black lace mini skirt, floral patterned black tights, black sneakers, black combat boots, high black suede boots, a dark red turtleneck, knee length black skirt, and a black denim jacket. The sixth had a deck of black cards with purple suits. The seventh had a computer and wireless noise canceling cat ear headphones, the eighth was full of different lipsticks, eye Shadows, eyeliner, blush, mascara, concealer,  compact powders, and makeup brushes. the ninth had a black cat plushie. And the tenth had a phone with a poker card themed case "Our numbers are already on it so ya can text and call us." husk said.

They looked at Bridget and saw she had tears in her eyes "C'mere" husk said. The two hugged her as she cried "I don't wanna cry..... I am but I don't wanna-" husk kissed her temple to shut her up "Hey it's ok baby it's perfectly fine to cry." husk reassured her "Yeah besides your actually feeling something" angel said "Yeah I got a heart now and can finally feel.". Angel kissed her forehead "We love you" angel said "I love you too." she said.

The three went into their room and put Beidget's gifts away (expect for her phone which she put in her pocket) and sat on the bed when there was a knock at the door husk opened to door to see alastor and niffty (who instantly went to Bridget so she could brush her short red hair) "Husker my good friend remember our little deal?" "Yeah. What about it?" "That if you win you get your soul and overlord title back and own all my souls and mine as well." "Yeah." "And it is clear that you have won so shake my hand." alastor held out his hand which glowed gold instead of its usual green. Husk hesitated "Oh come on you'll have your soul and you'll be able to live the life you used to with your family by your side." husk turned to his family and saw Bridget using her lower arms to brush niffty hair give him two thumbs up with her upper arm while angel used all 6 then retracted his 3rd pair husk turns back to alastor and shakes his hand. Husk instantly saw the green chain around his neck break and crumple into dust then felt a raw power flow through his veins, he felt his eye glowing gold, and he felt his soul return to him his soul was finally his own after 70 fucking years but he felt other souls within him not just his own. Husk saw a gold chains formed around alastor's and niffy's necks alastor immediately got on his knees begging for mercy "Please d- don't hurt me please!"alastor begged, husk thought for a moment "Al been nothing but a piece of shit to me for 70 years. He treated me like a circus animal, he made me feel like a slave, and kept me from actually being happy. But I won't just stoop down to his level." husk eventually said"Al you've been a dick to me for 70 fuckin' years. And now that I own your soul I can do what I what so." husk held out his paw to alastor "I forgive you.". "You... You what!?!?" alastor said, shocked "Yeah I won't stoop down to your level so c'mon get your ass off the floor." alastor took his paw and stood up "But if you betray me or my family I'll tear your soul apart and broadcast it on the pathetic radio show of yours." "Yes sir.". Alastor said, disappearing back into the shadows and niffty left too by a vent.

Husk turned to his family then walked up to angel then looked at him then angel understood what he was asking and nodded immediately then husk kissed him on the lips angel kissed back while Bridget watched smiling while holding fat nuggets. The two parted for air, smiling then hugged each other angel whispered "I love you you stupid cat." "I love you too you my little itsy bitsy spider." angel smiled at his new nickname "Hey what a bout me?!" Bridget asked. Husk turned and opened his arms for Bridget "C'mere we love you too Bridget." husk said, smiling. She smiled and hugged them too still holding fat nuggets.
