Honey leapt up allowing the familiar black and red mist to cover her body making her look much larger then usual the mist morphing and twisting in the illustion of her body,

Damien raises his scythe as honeys waving body comes crashing down at him, his eyes wide, her usual calm different colored eyes replaced with red that cuts through the mist like knives

Damien yells as he's thrown over to the cracking wall only further destroying the structure, stumbling to his feet just in time to block honeys incoming figure the two holding the chain and glare at the other

"I always knew you were a monster.." Damien grits out looking into the red for any sort of reaction but none is shown in them.

Honey feels her chest squeeze at the words, no reaction would be shown, she new that, the mist that covered her was simply a mask, a shield if you will, to protect her, but that didn't mean she couldn't hear or feel everything

"I never wanted to be that for you" the deep echoes in the voice made the statement sound more rough then intended but the meaning was the same.

Damien scoffs moving his arm in one swift motion and grabbing into the blade twisting it over and slamming it into the mist in an attempt to harm the women

Honey jumps back at the attack, her shoulder already ached she didn't need anymore bad injuries, she needed to get to Robin, she needed the key

The key

Shit she completely forgot about that

Honey silently scolds herself at letting her emotions get in the way

"Wheres the key damien?" She demands the boy simply laughing before he attacks honey dodging with ease

His fighting became more frantic and angry, his moves being more in the moment then thought out, and honey was quick to notice lifting her leg and slamming it into the man's side as he raised his arms to swing the scythe towards her again.

The man's body fly's back hitting the ground with a painful thub as honey rushes towards him in an attempt to pin him to the ground, her legs strattled his keeping them in place her hands reaching up to grab his arms before

Pain.

A piercing, fiery pain shoots through her stomach and she can't stop the cough that bubbles up her throat, blood falling down her chin more splattering on the ground

The end of the scythe sticks out for the women's abdomen red and bloodied as she shakes but keeps her place firmly above him

Looking down at Damien she saw a look she wasn't expecting

Horror? Regret?

She didn't know but it was something sorrowful, something painful

The mist surrounding her face faded revealing her pained expression and bloodied lips

"Why did you?" Damiens voice cracks out his knuckles turning white as he grips the end of the blade that was now embedded in his sister

"What..?" She coughs with furrowed brows

"Why did you leave..?" He asks his tone turning back to that demanding one slightly and honey frowns deeper

"I was told you were dead." She states keeping her eyes on his

"That crule bastard... Said you were dead.. And i-" coughs racked her body but she held strong

"I couldn't be in that place any longer.. Not when It all reminded me of you" Honeys voice cracks as the memories come flooding back to her, the pain, the guilt, all of it

"Reminded me- that I failed you" honeys lip quivers as her vision turns muggy small drops falling into the boys face

"That I brought you into this horrible world.. To that horrible man.. My little brother.. Was dead bec-" a pained hiccup left her lips causing her stomach to ache but she didn't care

Damien listened with wide eyes, watching as she broke down above him, never in the hundreds of times he thought of this moment did this scenario come to mind..

"Because I was a idiot!" Ash sobs shutting her eyes momentarily before opening then to look at Damien

"And im..- so sorry.. I-" she was cut off as the scythe dug deeper into her abdomen a pained yell erupting from her lips as she was lifted off the ground

"Yeah! You were an idiot! You are an idiot!" Damien screams a sickingly broken smile on his face as his arm seems to change, getting bigger as he throws the women with all his strength into the cracking wall, finally breaking through it into another room

The paniced yells were familiar to the women but she couldnt quite put her finger in it in her current state

The panic soon turned to upset as the voices yelled at Damien who stalked closer to the brunette

"I don't care for your apologies" he hisses grabbing into her hair with his much bigger arm and honeys teeth clench eyes watering

"Let her go!" The voices she could now identify as chopper and nami yelled

"Ah! Some of your little crew!" Damien laughs roughly tossing honeys head around as chopper and nami yell in worry attempting to rush over only to be stopped as black mist blasts from honey, knocking Damien and her crew back

"It's okay!" She calls to her two younger friends

"Ash.." Chopper whimpers as the said women turns to them bloodied face and all, giving them a bright smile

"I got this! You go get Robin! I'll meet you there" she encourages with a confident head nod

"I believe in you two" she finishes her voice soft and sincere and the two pirates straighten up determined expressions covering there worried ones

"Right!" They yell in unison rushing from the room as honey sighs turning to Damien who simply stares at her his eyes cold, the regret that flashed in them when she was stabbed was gone, now replaced with something else

"I'm done fucking around" he sneered his hair falling to shadow his eyes from sight as he pulls the scythe towards himself slowly

"Damien-"

"I'm gonna kill you. Here and now" he states with such confidence and sureness that it makes honey flinch and in that moment she new

This was a life and death fight.

Only one of them would survive.

And honey still had a det to pay

Damien's bones crack, his body changing and morphing into something in human

"Devil fruit.." Honey murmurs to herself as she watches the man grow sporting hyena like features before he stops a sickening cackle escaping his mouth

Honey sighs closing her eyes for a second before opening them to reveal pitch black, the red long gone they were now simple black voids

"Fine. Lets stop fucking around" honey snapped, her patience was running thin, but not with Damien, truthfully she didn't care if he was beating her with a stick or cubbling her like a child she just wanted to be with him, but it was taking up to much time.

She wasn't losing patience with Damien, oh no, she was losing it with herself.

She was waisting time.

She had to finish this.

The next chapter will be the conclusion to the fight!
