I walked back to our camp. By looking at the injuries some men had I knew winning this war was slim. Ria ran over to me, in what seemed like a hurry. "Titus, hurry come quick!" She yelled. "What happened Ria? Tell me, what's wrong!" I said. "It's Alexia, she's hurt! We must go to her aid!" She said. My eyes widened. "Lead the way!" I yelled. She grabbed me by my wrist and we ran down the hill to find Alexia laying on the ground. I knelt down beside her to examine her wound. It was a deep sword gash on the top left of her torso. "Oh, Titus. What a surprise seeing you here." She said. "Alexia, how'd this happen?" I asked. "Oh, you know. I made a stupid mistake. Lesson learned, am I right?" She said with a chuckle. She put her hand on my knee. "It was an honor to fight with you Titus. I know you can win this." She said, as she looked at Ria one last time before closing her eyes. "No! No Alexia don't do this to me! Don't leave me here alone, I can't do this by myself! I'm not strong enough, please Alexia!" She screamed, before she broke down into tears. She kept screaming, banging her hands off the ground in pain. "Ria... I'm so sorry." I said. "What do I do now? I have no one anymore. Everyone's gone Titus, everyone." She said. "Ria... we have each other. I am still here, we can stop this before any more people get killed." I said. She looked up at me and put her hand on top of Alexia's. "It's what she would want, isn't it? Then I'll do it. For her."
