A/N: Story will either be in first or third person POV. If in first, it will be in Logan's POV unless otherwise stated.
Logan is sitting uncomfortably between Alice and Bella in a bright yellow Porsche, driving quickly towards the Volturi castle so Bella can save her douche ex-boyfriend. Alice is weaving through lanes, barely avoiding collisions with other cars.
"I'm guessing you didn't rent this car." Bella says
"I figured you wouldn't be opposed to grand theft auto." Alice says
"Not today."
"I still can't believe we are doing this." Logan mutters as Alice goes into a vision while driving.
"What? What do you see?" Bella asks Alice
"They refused him."
"So...we're fine? We don't have to go save him?" Logan asks
"No. He's going to make a scene and show himself to the humans." Alice says and Logan groans.
Can this douche be any more idiotic? Logan thinks to herself.
"No. When? How much time do we have?" Bella asks
"He's waiting until noon when the sun's at its highest." Alice says
"Alice, you have got to hurry up."
"There's Volterra." Alice says, pointing to the city in the distance.
"Yippie." Logan mutters sarcastically.

A few minutes later, Alice pulled into Volterra and was honking to get the crowds to move out of the way.
"Why are they all in red?" Bella asks
"St. Marcos Day Festival. They're commemorating the expulsion of vampires from the city." Alice says
"Well that's ironic. Vampires have been living under their noses for centuries." Logan says with a smirk that Alice returns.
"It's the perfect setting. Large crowds. The Volturi won't let him get far enough to reveal himself - he's counting on that."
"We only have five minutes --" Bella says, freaking out.
"Just breathe, Bella. We'll make it." Logan says.
Alice screeches to a halt at a roadblock. Italian police stop her. Bella jumps out and Logan follows her.
"Alice." Bella says
"Bella, you're the only one he can't see coming. If I go. He'll read my thoughts, he'll think I'm lying and rush into it." Alice says
"Where do I go?"
"Under the clock tower. Go!"
Bella slams the car door shut and starts running towards the clock tower. Logan follows behind her, keeping up with her pace. Bella runs through a fountain as Edward is about to expose himself. Logan runs around it. Right before Edward exposes himself, Bella jumps in his arms and covers his body.
"Don't!" Bella says
"Heaven." Edward says
"No, I'm here. I'm alive. You have to move."
"Open your eyes and move out of the sun, you moron." Logan says.
"I'm alive. You have to move."
Edward opens his eyes and sees Bella he hugs her and pulls her back into the building, Logan follows before the door shuts.
