Chapter 2: Surprises

Clank's POV

Ratchet activated his hover boots and made turns all over the train station but we kept finding these robots until we were cornered at a dead end.

Ratchet turn to face them while I got down and observed these robots, their heads were circular with triangle shaped bodies and robotic wheels,blasters attached to the arms,one eye and antennas on their heads but what intrigued me was this strange symbol, Ratchet questioned as one got closer"what's with the mark?How do I get myself into these situations?" Ratchet told me but a large noise brought our attention.

The robots turned around to find the cloaked figure from before,a blaster was held up showing where the sound came from. The person threw their cloak right at the robot and jumped out of the way when another robot had fired only to destroy the other one. Once in the air, the person wrapped a starnge glowing whip around the robot and swunged it over to another robot. Once back on the ground, the person faced us and it was...a female lombax!

Ratchet's POV:
I can't believe the person we've been chasing was a girl lombax! She had yellow fur with red stripes and to my surprise she had a tail which is odd since female lombaxes don't have tails. She had a red stripe on each side of her cheek and two on each side of her waist, she had light brown hair tied in a bushy ponytail, was wearing a green midriff tube top, gray pants with a belt, brown leather gloves, a brown strap with a pouch on her right leg and hover boots though, what caught my eye was a silver locket and her emerald eyes. I noticed that one of these robots was gonna shoot her but she knew too so I saw her pull out a flame whip and used it to pull the robot, throwing him to some other ones. "Are you just gonna stand and watch or are you going to help" she said as she ran to fight the other robots. Wow! She is awesome I said in my head but Clank had went to a control panel while I went to fight the robots.

???'s POV:
Great! Just what I needed! I said in my head as I destroy two galax bots with my flare-on 3000 blaster which I made by myself, first I get chased , then I hide in a ceiling and then these two lure the bots in causing me to come out and help them. I was surprised that there was another lombax and I haven't seen any for a long time but I can't trust him cause he was like the rest. By the time I destroyed the sixteenth robot I realize I was surrounded, I ready my blaster in case of an attack until a larger robot came and I know him anywhere: Robo-Mech the largest galax bot but unlike the others his body was a huge circle and had a wheel instead of legs, as he held out his hand a hologram came out. It's their boss Rig himself. He had on red and purple armor, he had purple hair, white skin and a pointy nose and I know he's the one who freed Vendra. "This better be important. I'm not in the mood for silly games Robo-Mech Rig" he said sternly for he takes things seriously. "We have her boss Robo-Mech" answered and when Rig turned around to look at me I glared at him cause I know his plans, "ah! Good work my robots!" He said as Robo-Mech's hand got closer, "hmm I'm surprise to see you here" He said looking at me like I'm a golden bolt. "Rig! Should of known you were behind this though I gotta admit your robots" I complimented as I place a hand on my waist, "like it? They are equipped with strong armor along with extreme fire ammo" Rig told me though I knew he was the one who built them, "only there's just one little thing that annoys me" I pointed out as I examine my blaster. "The mark, it's the mark of Galaxion, terror of the galaxy. Tell me Rig who is Galaxion and why do you want to find him?" I question but instead he offered my to join him but I wasn't going to trust someone who's with Vendra. "Never!" I yelled even though it caused Rig to order his robots to attack until some blasts came and destroyed some of the bots. I turned to where the blasts came from, it was that other lombax's omniwrench. "I don't think so" he said with a smirk, I heard Rig scream in frustration before his hologram left. As I ready my blaster and backed up, I felt something touch my back and turned around to see the other lombax surprised like me but we both kept our guards up when galax bots started to ready their blasters. "Hope you know how to fight!" I told him, "just keep that ammo running" he said as I ready my blaster.

Ratchet's POV:
It took a while but we managed to beat all those robots but we're both out of breath. Clank checks on me to see if I'm alright but I reassured him I was fine, "NO! Let go of me!" We both heard and turned around to see that girl lombax in the Robo-Mech's grasp, struggling to get out. "I got her boss" Robo-Mech told his boss on the intercom, "good bring her to the teleporter" I heard Rig order, "Don't let him take me! Please! He can't revive Galaxion!" That girl lombax said as she struggled while Robo-Mech took off with her. "Ratchet we must get backup at once!" Clank reminded me but I couldn't leave her... "I just can't, we have to save her" I told Clank, "Ratchet be reasonable. We can't handle that huge robot" Clank told me and he was right but I can't let them take her. "Clank please. I need to save her" I said looking at him, "oh very" well Clank replied smiling at me and as he got on my back, we ran to catch up.
