Chapter 13: Encounter

"Lyra's POV"

I noticed Ratchet and Clank were coming back and suggested that we find Galaxion's location before Rig and Vendra does, I can tell Nef wanted me to forgive him and Ven but I can't...not after what they did and...Vendra has got to go. "FISHSTICKS!" I was out of my thoughts after seeing Jinx running to me with a galax bot behind but by the time it saw us it turn around but I wasn't going to let it get away so I chased after it only to enter a laboratory,"Lyra! You've got stop this" I overheard Ratchet as he caught up."heh heh, it's so good to see you again Ratchet though I see you met my...old friends" we over heard a voice from the lab's intercom and all of a sudden someone teleported us to another lab and after seeing who it was I was not too happy after seeing my old friend...Vendra Prog.
"Clank's POV"

We were all a bit surprise to see Vendra but her appearance has change. She was wearing a light purple tank top, a violet coat, gray pants, black gloves and black boots that reach her knees. She had on a gray hat and her hair became different though her curls still remain,"Vendra Prog I was wondering when we might see each other" I overheard Ratchet saying it to her but she appear to have attention on Lyra."Oh Ratchet I can see you met my old friend Lyra Azimuth" she said with a tone of anger as she stared back at Miss Azimuth,"Lyra try not let your anger take over you could get hurt" I warned her but she just kept staring at Vendra."I knew you join him but he's the one that killed Azimuth so why trust him, Oh and we wouldn't want anyone to know your secret" Vendra teased but Ratchet and myself wondered what she meant by secret."That's enough!" I got startled as Lyra yelled and pulled out her flame whip, throwing it at Vendra but instead accidentally hit part of the lab which set some dangerous creatures out,"Arrgh!that had the plans!" Vendra yelled and immediately shooted her powers at Lyra."Miss Azimuth! Watch out!" I yelled in panic but noticed Ratchet was not at my side.
"Ratchet's POV"

What is she doing?!She gonna get herself killed! Next thing I know a blast goes straight to Lyra,"Miss Azimuth!Watch out!" I overheard Clank yell but I quickly hover booted and push Lyra out of the way."I'm reporting this!" I turned to Vendra who took a teleported and left but we had bigger problems literally
14 mins later
Well on the bright the side I manage to close the exit and we manage to escape but the plans on that computer was destroy."I can't believe there were plans in there" I said in frustration but Clank reassured me by telling me he had coordinates to another laboratory and he found out that Pollyx was capture and works for Rig. I was glad but I then turn to Ly who was leaning on my ship while Jinx was inside trying to locate Pollyx,"guess your reunion kinda got twisted" I joked and she giggle but then looked in my eyes and I can tell she felt this was her fault."Ratchet I'm really sorry that I let Vendra get away, I was just so determine to stop her but that doesn't mean I don't care about the safety of my friends" she told me as she looked down at the ground and kept her eyes close,"It gets the best of us and beside, thanks to you we manage to get some info" I added as I placed my hand on her shoulder and she smiled at me as she placed her hand on her waist."Hey guys I manage to figure out the coordinates except..." we were surprise when Jinx open the cockpit really fast but we wondered what he was gonna say,"except?" I was surprised to see Clank in front of me when he spoke,"Except it turns out the coordinates...lead to Planet Yerek" he said as he placed a paw on his head."Planet Yerek?! I promised myself I never go back there!" We all jumped as Lyra yelled but I manage to calm her down as I told her it's are only league and she suggested it wouldn't be so bad to see Yerek again. As we got in Aphelion, I still had one question in my head, what did Vendra meant about a secret that Lyra kept?
