A screen flashes open with a Polaris News Update zooming out,revealing announcer Stone Stonefield
"Stone Stonefield here with a breaking Polaris Defense Force news on the escape of the one of the galaxies most dangerous criminals...Vendra Prog"
The screen then changes to show the nether behind a purple wall,wearing a dark purple jumpsuit and her hair in a ponytail
"It's almost been 8 months since Vendra and her twin Neftin were defeated and locked up by Ratchet and Clank"
Images of Ratchet and clank appear once their names are mention before the screen reveals Vendra outside of her cell near the entrance facing a strange shadowy creature
"But somehow,Vendra has gotten out with help from someone,Captain Talwyn Apogee has placed Neftin Prog in the interrogation room for questioning"
Screen then switches to a cloaked figure walking towards the camera inside a train station
"Meanwhile,a cloaked figure has been spotted at the Meridian train station and recent footage shows this person at Vendra's prison cell,could this person be linked to Vendra's escape?"
The screen then zooms to the way it was before in the beginning " We'll have more on the story at 11,stay tune"
The screen then zooms out revealing Ratchet and Clank had been watching it the whole time at the train station.
