The Nightmares are Real (Part. 7)

The next morning (Name) had excused herself from Roberto and Sam, saying she needed to take a quick shower. She stood under the showerhead her glasses and towel hung up

Rahne was in the same room, showering in her usual spot. They heard a loud thud "did you hear that?" Rahne asked turning to shower door

"yeah..." (Name) said, grabbing her glasses and putting them on before looking over to the door too. Rahne turned off her shower grabbing her towel and wrapping it around herself as (Name) did the same

They heard another thud causing them to look at each other, "Hello?" Rahne called out as She cautiously walked to the entrance, (Name) following

"Dani?" Rahne asked stopping as she heard the sound of hissing, (Names) blood ran cold as snakes began to slither into the shower room

"what the hell!?" Rahne asked, they seemed to ignore her slithering towards the other female. (Name) began to freak out "get them off!" She yelled as she began to kick at the snakes

"(Name)! hang on-" Rahne began to pick up some of the snakes, throwing them out stopping as she heard chains, she stood up looking at the mirror to see the priest, his face littered in scratches

"you're not real....I killed you" She said, her eyes widening as she began to back up. "And like Christ, I rise again" He said holding up a metal pike

"(Name)!" Rahne called out to her, "Rahne!" (Name) called, cringing as the snakes began to wrap around her limbs. Hot steam began to blow out of the shower heads

As (Name) went to run towards Rahne she was pulled back and thrown against the wall by another person. She coughed holding the towel tighter around herself and pushing on her glasses as she stood up

She turned to look towards who had grabbed her, her father stood there, holding a wooden cross holding it up as if he was preparing to hit her with it "Devil! Witch!" He began to yell at her.

she backed up against the wall as the snakes began to latch onto her legs, mixed with wood hitting her skin causing her to scream out in pain During the same moment Rahne had fallen to the ground, the metal 'M' being burnt into her skin causing their screams to mix into one echoing through the facility

(This begins around the time they had heard the first thud)

Sam was sitting on the bench eating cereal, Roberto was scrubbing dishes. "how long do I have to wait until you and (Name) are making out?" Roberto asked "ew! Man, gross.....and I mean that as in you thinkin' about it...not it happenin'" Sam said

"its so cute watching you pair running around each other" Roberto smirked, Sam rolled his eyes as he thought for a moment. "so you're just not gonna call her Medusa?" Sam asked

Roberto sighed "After what she told us....it just felt....wrong" He admitted as Sam nodded, "do you-" Roberto began "nevermind" He said "no, What?.....you can ask" Sam said

"its just....after what we heard...and what illyana said.....you don't think...anything like that happened do you?" Roberto asked, Sam almost choked on his cereal "It bloody better not have! I'll bring the son of a bitch back from the dead and kill the bastard myself!" Sam said

"did you hear that?" Roberto suddenly asked, "no whats wrong?" Sam asked. They both went quiet before they heard a mix of screaming and wolf howls

"(NAME)!" Sam yelled jumping off the bench as Roberto yelled "RAHNE!"

Back in the bathroom Rahne was howling in her wolf form, (Name) struggled to reach for her glasses, the moment she got them she didn't think throwing them across the bathroom and looking up at her father. He suddenly froze his entire body becoming pure stone

Rahne ran out of the bathroom causing the priest to look at (Name) who struggled to stand up her legs and arms covered in snake bites

He got a sight of her snake-like eyes "Satan...." He muttered before he turned entirely to stone along with her father. She kicked more at the snakes looking around for her glasses only to see one lens had been shattered

"shit!" She muttered as she wrapped the towel around her, she heard someone coming in. turning on her heel she saw Sam standing at the entrance of the shower looking panicked

Right before her eyes he had turned to stone, She screamed his name at the top of her lungs as tears began to spill from her eyes. Beginning to panic she stumbled past his statue-like body looking at herself in the mirror

The mirrors shattered as she was stumbling towards the door, she covered her eyes blindly stumbling out of the bathroom which Rahne had run out moments before

She stumbled into someone's arms making them step back into the wall before sliding down to sit on the floor, holding her close against themselves

"I'm here darlin'" Sam whispered to her, she became confused but a sense of relief washed over her at the sound of his voice. He lent forward pulling his Flannel off to wrap it around her body along with the towel

She subconsciously went to look at what was happening, Sams hand went over her eyes "its alright Darlin' calm down" Sam used his broken arm to hold half of his shirt

"keep em closed alright?" He said to which she nodded, he took his hands off her eyes ripping a strip off his shirt before wrapping it around her eyes. Once he tied a comfortable knot in the back he pulled her closer to himself as she sobbed

He cradled his body, his legs sitting either side of her. He looked over at the group, he ran his hand over her hair, his broken arm wrapped around her.

Sam lent his head back against the wall as (Name) continued to cry, his gaze looked down on her legs which had been littered in bites

"oh Darlin'....." He muttered sadly and softly, he pulled her closer to himself as he placed a kiss on the top of her head. "you'll be ok....promise....I won't let anything hurt you...no anymore" He promised as they sat in the hallway embracing each other
