Smiling 'men' (Part. 9)

They walked towards their bedrooms, the music began to get louder. (Name) tightened her grip on Sams hand, he looked back at her giving her a small smile and nod, tightening his hold back

They came to a stop near illyanas bedroom, suddenly the entire door turned pitch black. "I'm going to get Dr Reyes" Rahne said quickly, running off down the hall

(Name) and Sam stood back as Lillyana looked mesmerized, She walked towards the door shakily reaching out for it "illyana don't!" Sam said as she pushed the door open

(Name) and Sam ran up to stand next to her looking inside, her entire room had been changed. The walls now looked like paneled wood that was uncared for, in the middle of the room a little blonde girl lied in a bed which looked just as old as the room

the music just got louder confirming the room was where it had been coming from. "what the hell is this place?" Sam asked "good lord...." (Name) said looking around the room, something screaming at her to get away from the door

crying and screeching could be heard, the little girl hid under her sheets as illyana let out a shaky breath "no....no I buried this" She said her eyes darting around the room

Just then a tall man-like creature in black clothes and a smiling mask walked in "fucking christ....." Was the only words that could leave (Names) mouth as Sam just stood looking, lost for words

The 'men' had attempted to grab the little girl only for the said girl to disappear "STAY AWAY FROM HER YOU PIG!" illyana screamed now in tears, Sam grabbed around her waist pulling her out of the door way "illyana!" He said

The 'man' tore off its mask, turning towards them. Its face was fleshy but nothing was on it apart from a large mouth filled with rows of teeth

illyana screamed, thrashing in Sams arms as he got her out of the room. The 'man' stood up to full height, walking towards the door way

Sam pushed the two girls behind him, "Darlin'! now would be a great time to show off them gorgeous eyes" Sam said in a panic somehow still managing to flirt

"That...thing! doesn't have eyes what am I meant to do!?" (Name) said back panicked as illyana was still in tears. "RUN!" Sam yelled as the 'man' leaned out the room screaming at the three teens

they bolted down the hall in a panic, the 'man' screeching as it was hot on their tails. They ran down more corridors, (Name) helped illyana up as she stumbled a couple times

They turned another corner coming to an immediate stop as two more of the 'men' came out of two more doors, Sam stood in front of the girls again

they turned to run back only for one to jump down off the roof. "OH JESUS!" Sam yelled, The 'man' hit Sam out of the way causing him to smash into the fire extinguisher glass

It proceeded to grab for illyana who hid behind (Name), the 'man' pushed (Name) out of the way before picking up illyana, she screamed grabbing hold of anything on the wall she could

Sam got up on his arms looking shocked as (Name) scrambled to her feet "Oi!" (Name) said causing the 'man' to turn towards her, illyana snapped her eyes shut as (Name) took her glasses off

praying to god it worked, the 'man' didn't even manage to scream as it turned to solid stone. (Name) let out a breathe putting her glasses back on, behind her Sam grabbed the fire extinguisher

He ran up to the now stone 'man' hitting it a couple times causing the stone to crumble, illyana got to her feet in tears. crushing (Name) in a hug as Sam threw the fire extinguisher to the ground

"come on girls!" Sam said to them, (Name) nodded grabbing illyanas hand and pulling the crying girl along with her as they bolted down another hall

"how many do you think there are?" (Name) asked Sam in particular "darlin' I don't wanna know" He said as they turned to corner, a bloody Dr Reyes held her side causing Sam to let out a breath

"Dr Reyes! thank god you gotta help us!" Sam said, illyana lent against the wall crying holding onto (Names) hand so hard she began to worry it may snap off

Just then (without the knowledge of the three teens) one of the 'men' walked around the corner after them silently. Dr Reyes looked at it, her eyes widening as she ran off holding her side

"hey!" Sam called shocked "Dr Reyes!" He called again, The 'man' placed one of its hands on illyanas shoulder, the other hand grabbing onto (Names)

illyana screamed as she hit its hand off, (Name) turned quickly on her heel pulling down her glasses to turn it to stone as Same grabbed illyanas wrist pulling her along, causing (Name) to be pulled along too

They began to run before another one turned the other corner, they turned back to see more entering the corridor. (Name) took off her glasses, letting go of illyanas hand looking each of them in their 'eyes'

more 'men' began to pile in, illyana dropped to the ground crying. As more of them turned to stone she felt a pinch in her eye causing her to cringe

She hissed, closing her eyes and backing up "(Name)!" Sam yelled grabbing her arm to pull her back to where him and illyana had been standing

she put her glasses on, blinking her eyes open "you alright?" He asked as she nodded, wiping her cheek from her eyes watering

(Name) kneeled down next to illyana as she was panicking. Sam crouched down infront of her, holding onto her shoulder "come on illyana! you gotta do something!" He said

"I can't!" She yelled "(Name) can't get all of em'! please illyana do something!" Sam pressed further, illyana looked up again. hugging her puppet to her chest, her eyes flickered up to Sam before over to (Name)

She tackled (Name) into a hug as they both disappeared, Sam fell forward slightly. his eyes darting around the hall "Seriously!?" Sam called out

He wasn't mad illyana panicked, but she could at least have taken both of them. He got up looking around as the 'men' began to snarl and get closer

He nodded, a look of determination in his eyes. He took his cap of, focusing on his control as he speed off down the hall, killing two of the 'men' on his way out
