The entire group ran through the halls, Dani in Rahne and Sams arms. The building shook causing everyone to stumble into the wall "(Name)? can't you stone it?" Roberto asked her

(Name) ran into Roberto causing him to grab ahold of her to keep her up right. "thats a 40 foot bear! scary smiling men are one thing, Godzilla size bears are another" She said as Roberto hummed

illyana stood up straight again as the thought for a moment.

Rahne and Sam picked up Dani again as illyana turned to them all. "take Dani to a safe place...and I'll take care of this bear" She said as she chanted in Latin, a portal opening

"what are you going to do!?" Rahne called "play with it" illyana shrugged "are you crazy!? that thing'll kill you!" Sam yelled

"hes right its magic!" (Name) said, illyana looked back at them "so am I" she smiled walking into the portal "no! illy!" Roberto called trying to stop her but failing as the girl left

They all turned to look outside the window watching as illyana fought the bear "holy shit!" Sam said "yep I'm gonna marry that girl" Roberto confirmed

"I respect the confidence" (Name) said with a nod "shut up" Roberto said, knowing she was making fun of him. "what?" She defended acting innocent as she watched Roberto go to follow Rahne who now had Dani over her shoulder

"lets go" Sam said, grabbing (Names) hand as they ran to get out of the building.

Sam pushed the door open "lets go!" He said as Rahne looked at Roberto "Berto, you have to run with her" Rahne said knowing she wasn't fast enough while carrying Dani

"I can't....I'm not ready" Roberto said worried about panicking and burning Dani. "you won't hurt her. you can do this....." Rahne reassured "shes right....you won't" (Name) said looking at him

He looked between the two girls before taking a deep breath and taking the girl into his arm. "come on!" Sam called, grabbing (Names) hand again as they all ran towards the campus church

everyone ran inside, Sam closed the door stopping when he heard illyana shout. Him stopping caused everyone else to stop and look back at him

"you guys go....I'm going to help illy" He said, "Sam...." (Name) said, not only was she scared he'd get hurt but she also knew how unpredictable his ability can be on it own, let alone fighting something

Sam let go of the doorknob walking over to (Name), "I gotta get better someday....I'll come back...promise" He said taking ahold of her hand, squeezing it slightly

(Name) nodded looking up at him, she grabbed his face pulling his face down to hers and kissing his lips. He smiled into the kiss, closing his eyes using his unbroken arm to hold the back of her head

they pulled away from one another, Sam smiled "love ya" He said before he ran off to go help illyana. "love you more" She called not sure if he heard it

He turned to see Roberto staring at her with his mouth agape "what did I miss? I get put on dish duty and I miss it!" Roberto complained

"Bigger problems berto" (Name) smiled as she walked passed him to follow Rahne "give her to me....you pair hide" Rahne said taking Dani off of Roberto
