At the next therapy session everyone sat silently as Dr Reyes spoke "Today I'd like to talk about obedience....if you want any hope of moving on to my superiors facility its crucial that I know you can be trusted"
Sam rose his broken hand "Yes?" "what if we don't wanna move on to your boss's facility?" Sam asked giving a side look to (Name) before looking back at the doctor
"you know, what If I just wanna go home?" Sam asked as everyone was now looking at him. "Sam, you remember what happened....you think they stopped looking for you?" Dr Reyes began as Sam avoided her eyes
"If you weren't here you'd be in prison...or worse" She said, (Name) turned to look at Sam a sense of sadness in her eyes (which Sam unfortunately couldn't see)
"It was....it was an accident" Sam said mainly towards (Name) "you think anyone outside this room would believe that?" Dr Reyes asked
"I would, even if I didn't know him well....I mean come on Sams a good guy" (Name) defended "Even if I'm not...do I really have to spend in here for one mistake!" Sam said getting upset
"once you're better-" Dr Reyes was cut off "when am I better? when is (Name) better?" He asked as (Name) looked at her hands "whats gotten into you Sam?" Dr Reyes asked
"look somethings not right....I'm seein' things, terrible nightmares! I......when will I ever get better...?" Sam said "you're better when I say so" Dr Reyes said
"no forget it! its bullshit" Sam got out of his chair "you're not listening to me" He stormed out "Sam!" (Name) called before getting out of her chair
"(Name) sit back down...." Dr Reyes said as Sam hit the wall he was passing, (Name) looked back at the group before picking up her speed "Sam" She said again
"Sam please" (Name) said as he made his way up the staircase "its bullshit (Name)! all of it!" He said as he as he entered his small room
He sat on the bed, (Name) sitting down next to him "we ain't gettin' out of here are we" He said sadly, (Name) sighed placing a hand on his knee
"we will....all of us will, somehow" She promises "even if we do.....I'm dangerous Darlin'....I just-" "you arn't dangerous Sam.....look I don't know what happened to get you here but Dr Reyes had no right to say that to you"
"Shes right ya' know....they're probably still lookin' for me" He said fiddling with the coal "I bet your mom misses you Sam.....they're looking for you to make sure you're alright" She said moving her face to get him to look at her
"I just don't want to hurt anyone" He said softly, She grabbed his face making him look at her as she wipes a tear off his face with her thumb
"you won't Sam....and you don't need to get better....so please stop torturing yourself" She said, he nodded while closing his eyes and leaning into her hand

That night everyone was crowded around, looking into Dr Reyes office. The doctor was out cold in her office chair "What did you do to her?" Rahne asked illyana
"I may have spiked her tea" illyana smirked as everyone looked around at each other, illyana chuckled before running off followed by everyone else

Roberto sat in a wheelchair as Sam pushed him in it before letting the wheelchair go, Roberto grabbed the wheel causing the chair to come to a quick stop
"show off" (Name) said as he smirked up at her "aww no need to be butt hurt darlin'" Roberto teased "move it berto" She said quoting the name Sam uses for him
"at this point you guys are just teasin' me" Sam said as (Name) got in the chair, Roberto going to stand behind it "what? never" (Name) gasped acting offended
"Medusas right....we would never" Roberto nodded "you pair are awful" Sam chuckled as Roberto suddenly took off causing (Names) smile to drop and grab onto the chair
He let go of the chair as Sam jumped to the side out of the way, (Name) grabbed the wheel causing it to stop "warning next time!" She said getting up as Sam got in the chair
Roberto ruffled her hair as he pushed Sam in the chair after he let go Sam went to do the same trick only to have the wheelchair fall over. Roberto looked panicked as (Name) looked shocked
Sam got up laughing causing the other two to laugh. He high fived Roberto before stumbling into (Name) who only laughed more

After running amuck everyone was sitting in the game room, Rahne and Dani sat together on the couch. Roberto sat in the wheelchair as Sam sat on a chair next to him, his feet up on the table
(Name) sat on a chair next to Sam which was positioned Infront of the Tv, her legs hanging over Sams legs. illyana walked in wearing Dr Reyes jacket
"indubitably its indisputable that you are the absolute worst mutants I've ever seen! My superior will be very disappointed in me....I may even deserve a spanking for being so bad! my superior oh! my superior" illyana sat down in a spare chair
Everyone chuckled as Dani spoke up "yeah who is this superior shes always talking about?" Roberto began to pose in the wheelchair "isn't it obvious?"
"you know who the X-men are, right?" Roberto smiled "yeah Its just, why would we wanna be X-men?" Dani asked
"Right I ain't wearing no suit and fighting people. I'm rich" Roberto smiled "what they pay you to be X-men now?" Sam asked "I'd be an X-man...." (Name) nodded as everyone looked to her
"really?" Roberto asked "what? why is that so surprising?" (Name) chuckled "I never really pinned it" Sam smiled "I would! fighting crime in a suit sounds fun....bonus if I get cash out of it" (Name) pointed to the two boys
"Amen to that" Sam agreed, Rahne nodded "I wouldn't mind being an X-man" She said "and why would they need a dog? at least a snake has its perks" illyana smirked as Rahne threw popcorn at her not taking offence
