Lin sat in her office as usual, going over some paperwork about recent criminal cases. Some about robberies and some about murders. Murders weren't a common thing in Republic City. Most of the people there got along easily and weirdly.

The Chief sighed, clicking her pen in her hands constantly. She wanted to see Keira, but she was at Air Temple Island running around with the kids while Tenzin and Pema designed new suits.

"Keira! Look at me!" Meelo yelled.

Keira turned around and saw Meelo hanging from a tree upside down.

"Meelo, get down. Your parents are gonna beat my ass if they see you." Keira said, causing the little boy to groan and get down from the tree.

Meelo and Ikki were the only ones who were keeping Keira occupied while she stayed at Air Temple Island. Occasionally, Tenzin will ask her for help around their temple, which she helps.

Jinora was either studying or training with her father when Tenzin had the chance. Keira would watch them sometimes and wondered how they stayed so calm during training.

Back when Keira would train with her uncle, she got impatient. He went through lessons and movements very quickly, and she could never catch on and watch his body movements.

"Keira!" Korra yelled from behind her.

She turned around and looked at Korra. Asami was pushing her wheelchair.

"How ya feeling?" Keira asked with a small smile.

"I dont know. I feel myself getting weaker as the days pass by. I can barely move my body sometimes, it hurts so much." Korra said.

Keira nodded and hummed. "Have you tried exercising? Maybe stretching every so often?"

"No.." Korra sighed, making Keira also sigh.

"She hasn't been eating either." Asami said. Korra turned around and glared at Asami.

"Why havent you been eating, Korra?" Keira asked. "Dunno. I just haven't had an appetite, I guess." The avatar shrugged. "Whether you have an appetite or not, you should still be eating. Just dont force yourself to eat."

"Keira!" Tenzin yelled. She sigher a d turned around. "What?" "You got a visitor."

Keira nodded and made her way to the deck, wondering who could be here. Her mother, maybe? Zuko? She shrugged it off and made her way down the steps.

She reached the bottom and was greeted by Lin.

"Hey. What're you here for?" Keira asked. "What, i cant see my girlfriend?" Lin chuckled, wrapping her arms around Keira. "No, you cant. You never can." Keira smiled sarcastically.

"I was thinking we could go out to eat tonight." Lin says. "That's fine. Where do you want to go?" " It doesn't matter to me." Keria smiled and kissed Lins cheek.
