Chapter 1:Telling Tory

Tory and Sam had become really good friends since they both apologized to each other and decided to start things over. Annalise or Annie on the other hand hasn't even spoken that much since the Larussos took her in. The only time to she speaks is to say thank you for something. Tory and Sam went to the mall with Annie to see if she would start talking but she didn't. She did however mention how she likes to hang out with Devon whenever Miyagi do is practicing in the backyard. When Sam went to the bathroom Tory and Annie just sat on a bench. There was still some space in between them and Tory tried to start a conversation but Annie just whispered. "Annie you need to start talking to people I can't help you if I don't know what's going on with you." Tory said. Annie just looked away and went on her phone that Amanda had bought for her. "Annalise I'm serious you can live your life being mute you need to talk I know you can." Tory said. Annie just got up and walked out of the mall. "Annie stop where are you going?" Tory said. Sam had came out of the bathroom and saw Annie walking out. "Where is she going?" Sam said. "I don't know but we need to follow her." Tory said. "Tory maybe she just needs some space from us we've been hanging out with her a lot this week." Sam said. "But she's just walking alone do you know who could be out there she could get beat up or even worse." Tory said. "Tory do you want to go after her?" Sam asked. "Yes I don't want her to get hurt." Tory said. Tory and Same grabbed their shopping bags and went to Sams car so they could follow Annie. Annie had managed to walk all the way to a random park and she just sat in the grass. While she was sitting in the grass she heard someone saying her name. "Annie Annie" the voice said over and over. Annie didn't even move by the voice she just stayed put because she remembered what Tory told her "if anyone tries to hurt you just stay put and call me. Sam and I will come as quick as we can." Annie went to grab her phone so she could call Tory. "What do you think you're doing little Nichols." The voice said as they got closer to Annie. Annie didn't answer she just kept trying to grab her phone out of her pocket. "Answer me you mouse." The voice said. "I'm just calling my sister I don't want any trouble." Annie said. "Well your sister betrayed me and my team so it's time for us to get revenge." The voice said. Annie had gotten up and started to run away. As she was running she ran into Kyler,Piper,and a few other people from Cobra Kai. Kyler grabbed Annie and took her back to where she was sitting before. "Let me go" Annie pleaded. "No we're getting our revenge whether you like it or not." The voice said. "Who are you?" Annie said. "Terry Silver tell you sister I said hi." Silver said as he punched Annie in the face. Annie fell to the ground but immediately got back up and got into a fighting position.

Annie was squared up and ready to fight when Kyler swept her off her feet by kicking her beneath her feet. Annie fell and she landed on side. As Annie screamed in pain Piper and the others started kicking and punching her while Kyler and Silver just watched. "Stop please" Annie cried. "Not until I tell them to stop." Silver said. They all kept kicking her until Kyler told them to stop so he could punch her in the stomach. When her punched her in the stomach it made Annie cough up blood. Kyler kept punching her and punching her until Piper and Silver pulled him off. "I said stop two minutes ago let's go before anyone sees." Silver said. Silver went up to Annie and stepped on her stomach which caused her to scream in pain. "Bye bye little Nichols." Silver said. They all walked away while Annie passed out from the pain. "Sam it says she should be right around here." Tory said as they made it to the park. Sam parked her car and both her and Tory started to look for Annie. "Annie" Sam and Tory called out. Tory started to walk over by the fence and she saw Annie's phone then she saw Annie. Tory screamed at the top of her lungs and Sam came running. "Holy shit is she dead?" Sam said. "I don't know." Tory said. Tory and Sam slowly sat Annie up and started to shake her. "Annie please wake up." Tory said. Annie had started to cough up blood which made Sam and Tory worry. "Come on we got get her to the hospital." Sam said. Tory lifted Annie up and carried her to Sam's car. "My phone" Annie struggled to say without coughing. "Sam has it who did this to you?" Tory said. "I don't remember." Annie said. Tory placed Annie in the backseat and then sat next to her. Sam sped straight to the hospital and as she made a sharp turn Annie threw up in one of the empty shopping bags Tory was holding. "I feel funny" Annie said before she passed out. "Annie stay with me please." Tory cried. Sam started to go even faster when they got pulled over. "You have to be kidding me right now." Sam said. Sam pulled over and the officer came to her window. "Do you know how fast you were going?" The officer said. "I can explain my friends sister we found her at the park all beat up and we don't know how long she has left." Sam said. The officer looked through the back seat window and saw Tory holding Annie who was covered in blood and he told them to follow him once he turned his sirens on. "Is she still breathing?" Sam asked. "Barley. Annie you gotta hang on please I can't lose you." Tory cried. Sam was riding behind the police officer and when they arrived at the hospital many nurses and doctors started to help Annie. Tory was still covered in her blood when she fell to her knees and sobbed. "Tory I called my mom and she's on her way." Sam said. Sam gave Tory a hug as she cried into her shoulder. "Ms Nichols your sister is awake and she's asking for you." A nurse said as she walked by Sam and Tory. Sam and Tory got up and went with the nurse. Tory and Sam went into Annie's room and they saw one of her arms in a sling,a cast on her ankle,and bandage around her head. "Oh Annie I'm so sorry this happened to you." Tory said. "Annie who did this to you?" Sam said. "Terry Silver and some people from Cobra Kai they wouldn't stop hitting me until he told them to. I tried to call you but he threw my phone out of my hands and I tried to fight but they kept hitting me and hitting me. I thought they were going to kill me." Annie said. Annie had started to cough so Tory grabbed the little bucket that was next to her bed. Annie coughed up more blood and then laid back down. Tory gave her some water and then both her and Sam sat in her room until Amanda came.
