Harumi scanned the classroom as students rushed in in droves, filling up the seats by the second. Of course, nobody knew each other, so naturally, people would want to sit next to the ones they were familiar with. Not her though, she didn't want to sit next to just anybody. And everyone was scared to sit next to her.

She noticed it immediately. Grace and confidence seeped from her presence as she walked through, and she could feel it intimidated everybody.

Well, everyone except one person. Harumi was good at detecting emotions... but she didn't feel anything coming from the blonde in the back. Instead of paying attention to her radiating elegance – he was on his phone?! What the hell was his problem?

She put a hand to her chin and analyzed the boy, eyes widening when she realized just who this emotionless prick was. The guy Vania was talking about, The son of Garmadon, Prince of the Underworld. He sure didn't look like one.

"Uh, Miss Jade, are you going to find a seat?" Harumi turned around and glared at Mr. Benthomarr, who was speaking.

"Of course, just give me a second!" She smiled sweetly, walking towards the podium and slamming her hand down to get everyone's attention.

"Hi everyone! Most of you probably already know me, and if you don't, what are you doing with your life? So consider today your lucky day! I am Princess Harumi, soon to be Empress one day, Anyway, I expect you all to drop what you're doing and do anything I ask when I ask, and treat me with more respect than you would your parents." She smiled.

"What happens if we don't?" Shade asked.

"Well... You can say goodbye to living here, or face the dungeon." Her sweet demeanor dropped immediately, causing the boy to nod his head profusely. "Good! I hope everyone is happy with the new rules here, make sure to tell your friends!"

Lloyd tilted his head at the commotion. This random-ass princess or whatever just shows up and changes the order? Nobody ruled anything in these halls, and he wasn't gonna let some uptown bitch fuck up everything. Demanding shit off the first day, the audacity.

"Bitch," He muttered.

"Who said that?" Harumi snapped, her eyes scanning the room.

The class fell silent, and then almost in unison, they pointed at Lloyd. He scowled, annoyed by their betrayal.

"You guys are some snitches, you know that?"

Harumi marched over to his desk, her heels clicking sharply across the floor. She looked at the boy with a crazed smirk.

"I finally got to meet you. Lloyd Garmadon, Prince of The Underworld," She called out his title.

"Yes...? You want a cookie genius?" Lloyd raised an eyebrow. Just what was she getting at?

"You're very underwhelming." She deadpanned.

"What."

"Ugh, I mean you don't look like a prince." Harumi said, eyeing him critically. "Why don't you use your reputation to take over? You could easily control this place."

Lloyd's eyes narrowed. "Because I'm not a high-maintenance loser who needs to coast on their parents' reputation, and for the record, you don't look much like a princess. Aren't you all supposed to have big gowns and tiaras and shit?"

Harumi's eyes began to light, just who did he think he was? Even in his emotions, he didn't seem intimidated.

She kind of... found it attractive. What?

Harumi let out a deep sigh and regained herself, letting her lips curl into a mocking smile. "Oh, how noble of you. Mr. Humble doesn't want to take advantage of his status! But if you won't use your power, then I will. So stay out of the way of real royalty."
