"She is alive...And we will restore the USSR together" Snezhana was now a part of the official scouting missions to the former Russian FSSR, hoping that she would meet another surviving areas...while Siberia was now under the goverment of Geydar Aliyev.

Snenzhana wasn't wrong, as the same day she and Arlan went to the speech of their leader...they would meet with someone familiar to both!

December 24th, 1984. Tsentral'naya Krasnoyarska(Krasnoyarsk Central Park), Krasnoyarsk, Russian SFSR.

"Sorry, are you Snezhana?" -asked a familiar voice to the Siberian, that had a muscovite accent-

Snezhana looked to the person that asked for her...and she couldn't had believed who was...a blonde woman with the warm ushanka and her usual red scarf...who looked to her happy.

"доброе утро! Snezhana...I can't believe you are here, alive! I'm so happy to see that you and Arlan survived... I knew that some of you would flee the nuked areas...and I believe that the other SSRs might had survived too..." -told Arisha, crying after the siberian answered-

"A-ARISHA???? HOW ARE YOU ALIVE???" -shouted Snezhana, like she was looking a ghost-

"How to say it... Well, I survived the war in a bunker where I meet your current leader, that Azeri... And after joining him, he wanted me to stay safe and recovered from radiation poisoning and other problems...he told me where could you be after I became healthier...and here I am!"

Contact with was established soon after Doomsday and the government, seeing their desperate situation, provided aid to the Alaskans. Relations with them were strained at best, for the Alaskans considered them the main cause of World War III. Tensions began to arise when ANZUS pact members, Australia and New Zealand, along with the to Alaska. Since the conflict had never officially ended, skirmishes continued all along the Bering Strait for years. However, both sides eventually realized the futility of continued hostilities and a peace agreement was signed in Sitka in 1987, which would become known as the "Sitka Accord".

During this time, the USSR made contact with another survivor country in the region, the Korean Union. The first meetings were tense, but both sides realized the necessity of working together to solve the question of Chinese refugees coming to both their countries. Later in the decade, the contacts increased as radio relay stations were established at Siberian bases through Manchuria, and a shipping fleet became established between the two countries, making further exchanges of goods possible.

Aliyev strengthened relationships between the USSR and the surviving countries of Uyghuristan and Mongolia and signed the "Mutual-Defense and Economic Cooperation Treaty" with them, eventually annexing Mongolia, as well as the Third East Turkestan Republic into the Union in May 1989. Constant border raids by Chinese raiders prompted Aliyev to invade Northeast Manchuria and ensure stability in the region. In April, Siberian tanks invaded Manchuria and eradicated all opposition. Manchuria was temporarily designated as a territory and put under military rule. It was not until November 1995 that the Territory became an integral state in the Union and was renamed the Manchurian Socialist Republic.

May 25th, 1989. Ürümqi, Uyghur Socialist Republic.

Communications broke down immediately with the Eastern part of China and the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region was left to fend for itself in the following months. Ethnic tensions quickly rose and separatist sentiment quickly started to rise within the Uyghur majority. The breaking point came as the military officials relieved the political leaders of Xinjiang and established a military junta. The Uyghurs quickly took arms and,with Chinese military and civilian sympathizers, declared the formation of the Third East Turkestan Republic and a civil war started. Since the Chinese economic reform from the late 1970s exacerbated uneven regional development, while Uyghurs have migrated to urbanizing Xinjiang cities, some Hans have also migrated to Xinjiang for independent economic advancement, which sparked an uprising after the events of Doomsday
