𝑯𝑨𝑹𝑹𝒀, 𝑪𝑨𝑹𝑶𝑳𝑰𝑵𝑬, 𝑱𝑨𝑪𝑶𝑩, Ron and Hermione had just boarded The Hogwarts Express the next day and were trying to find a compartment to sit in. Caroline held Penny's carrier in her right hand. Jacob was holding his sister's left hand, nervously looking around the train. "Can I please sit with you, Caroline?" Jacob said, his little face drooping in sadness.
Caroline sighed, shaking her head. "We're gonna find someone for you to sit with, I promise." said the older sister, sharing a look with Hermione, who walked behind her.
They continued walking a little farther, until Caroline spotted Colin Creevey, a second year, another second year boy next to him, and what seemed to be a very shy first year across from them, who looked remarkable like Colin. "Hiya, Harry! Oh, Caroline! Hi! This is my friend Hayden." Colin said happily, waving and gesturing to the second year Gryffindor next to him.
Caroline smiled. "Hi, Colin, Hayden. It's so nice to see you!" she said, elbowing Harry so he would greet the young boy. Caroline looked down at Jacob, patting his shoulder, nodding towards the first year.
Jacob wiped his sweaty palms on his pants, stepping forward. "Hi, I'm Jacob. I'm a first year." he said, and the little boy sitting across from Colin perked up.
He smiled. "I'm Carson Creevey. I'm a first year, too," said Carson, scooting over in his seat. "Come sit with me, Jacob." Caroline nodded at Jacob when he looked at her and happily walked into Colin, Carson and Hayden's compartment.
"I think we're good. Let's go." Caroline said to Ron, Harry and Hermione, and they began walking through the train again.
"That was so sweet, Caroline. I think he made a friend." Hermione said, now standing directly behind her best friend.
Caroline shrugged. "I promised Mum last week I'd watch out for him." she said.
"Fred and George said the same thing to my Mum, and they barely acknowledged me at all first year. Or second year, actually." Ron said, frowning.
Harry chuckled, and Caroline smiled. "I'm trying to set a better example for Jacob then Fred and George have set for the whole school, thank you very much." said the Jones girl.
Hermione sighed. "Tell us what happened to your aunt, Harry." she requested, the four friends still trying to find an open compartment.
"I didn't mean to blow her up. I just... I lost control." Harry said.
"Brilliant." said Ron, and Caroline could practically hear the smile in his voice.
"It's not funny, Ron. Harry was lucky not to be suspended, or expelled." Caroline chastised, sighing.
"I think I was lucky not to be arrested, actually." Harry corrected as they arrived to a near empty train compartment.
Hermione sighed, holding the door handle. "Come on. Everywhere else is full." she opened the door and the group of four filed in, Caroline sitting between Harry and the unidentified man in the corner. She placed her bag on the floor, and rested her cat's carrier on her lap.
"Who do you think that is?" Ron asked, gesturing towards the man as he sat down next to Hermione.
"Professor R.J. Lupin." Hermione answered. Harry took his and Caroline's bags, lifting them and storing them up above the seats. Caroline thanked him when he sat down. Harry's cheeks flushed ever so slightly.
