While on their way to the Rose Morning Star, our heroes got dumped at the Dark Gate, the creepy entrance to the even creepier Continent of Darkness. Once they convinced Bokomon they could handle it, in they went. Meanwhile, Cherubimon held a meeting of the legendary lunkheads.
After a little encouragement, Arbormon decided it was time to get rid of the gang once for all. But the Warrior of wood was no match for our heroes. They chopped him down and stole his beast spirit! Then out of nowhere, Duskmon showed up and destroyed Arbormon. With friends like that who needs enemies?
BurningGreymon: Who is this guy?
Duskmon: I am Duskmon the Legendary Warrior of Darkness.
BurningGreymon: Well, that explains the outfit.
Neemon: He looks strong.
Bokomon: Mm-hm.
DuskmonYou have done well against my brethren. Let's see how strong you really are. Show me your power.
Duskmon raised his blade and swung it creating a blast of red light. The Warriors all dodge and saw that the area they were standing was now destroyed.
Korikkakumon: All he did was swing his sword.
Zephyrmon: I've got a bad feeling about this.
BurningGreymon: Come on, there's only one of him.
Duskmon: [Chuckling]
BurningGreymon: If we defeated Grumblemon and Petaldramon, then laughing boy over there should be a piece of cake. Remember, we're Legendary Warriors.
MetalKabuterimon: Right!
BurningGreymon: There's no way we can lose!
Aegiochusmon: Takuya, wait!
MetalKabuterimon: Bolo Thunder!
MetalKabuterimon attacked, but it didn't do any damage to Duskmon and just made a cloud of dust.
BurningGreymon: Laught at this! As the beast of Flame threw a punch, the Warrior of Darkness easily dodged and flipped him over.
Everyone: Takuya!
Duskmon: You're weaker than I thought. I should at least give you the chance to surrender.
MetalKabuterimon: You can give it, but we won't take it.
Duskmon: You are proving to be very foolish creatures.
KendoGarurumon: JP, Tommy, let's switch to our Human Spirits.
MetalKabuterimon & Korikkakumon: Right!
KendoGarurumon, MetalKabuterimon & Korikkakumon: Slide Evolution!
Lobomon: Let's go! Lobomon said and they all charged. Lobo Kendo!
Lobomon attacked with his blade, but Duskmon blocks with his own and wasn't even budging.
Duskmon: Each of your attacks seems to get weaker, not stronger. You must know you can't defeat me.
Duskmon said to Lobomon as they stared each other down, the Warrior of Light trying to push back against his blade.
Lobomon: Little help here guys?
Zephyrmon: Plasma Pods!
Beetlemon: Thunder Fist!
Kumamon: Frozen Tundra!
Vinedramon: Petal Cannon!
Kabahmon: Reflect Ray!
Cephalomon: Scalding Cascade!
