"What the hell are you doing on the floor?" Alexander's voice says to me his tone is slightly agitated.

"I was going to lie down, but I fell," I tell him with a chuckle, finding his serious face funny.
"Didn't I ask you if you needed help?" he asks me, raising his brow.

I mock his eyebrow and his choice of words. "Didn't I ask you if you needed help?" I laugh again, repeating what he says. Before slowly scurrying back to the bed.

He sighs. "Let me help you," he says, reaching for me.

"Why do you have to touch me all the time? It makes me nervous." I questioned him about the alcohol I drank talking for me.

"I am your husband; I can touch you if I want to," he tells me, scooping me off the cold ground and softly placing me on the soft bed.

"I will say I will miss this bed," I mumbled to myself.
"Why would you miss it?" he asked me questioningly.
"Well, I'm going home tonight at 11, but, shh, you can't tell Alexander. It has to be our secret," I tell him, attempting to lie down on the bed.
I glanced over at the time: 3 p.m. I had time to rest before I left tonight, I think.

He softly kisses my temple. "Reat scarlet," he whispers.
Before my eyes closed on their own.
Time skip I wake up with a pounding headache. I saw Alexander sleeping beside me; it was 10:30.
This couldn't get any better, I say. Slipping out of bed, my stomach flipped from the alcohol. I quietly open the dresser and grab my jacket, which has my phone in it. Softly closing it back. I tip-toed to the door, opening it slowly and quietly, stepping out, and closing it behind me.

I continue walking to the back door. Looking out, I didn't see anyone. I opened the back door and closed it. I turned my phone on and called my dad.
"Are you still coming?" I ask him, wrapping the coat more tightly around my shivering body.
"Yes, about 5 away, I'm going to turn off the headlights when I get there and go to the back entrance." He tells me

I let out a breath of relief.
I continue to hide behind some bushes as I wait for my dad and twin sister.
I finally see my dad's car. Emily gets out. "Alight, I'm here," she says, rolling her eyes.
My dad still stays in the front seat.

"Let's swap clothes just in case," I tell her.
"Whatever, I wish I didn't have to wear those rags you call clothes," she tells me as we walk a little further into the darkness of the woods.
We swap clothes.

"Are you wearing your ring?" I ask her.
"Yes, why? Give it to me, and take this one," I say, sliding it on her finger.
She still holds on to the old ring.

"Whatever, I don't want it anyway. Make sure to keep the ring on Emily; he seems serious about it. I don't want you to get hurt or something," I tell her carefully.

"I got it, Scarlet; go to the car. I'm going to take advantage of his money if I'm forced here against my will, where I could be in Europe being ravished by multiple men a day," she tells me as we walk back to the car.

Just then, the backdoor opens, and Atlas runs to Emily and me.
Alexander stands there outside, looking at us.
"What is going on here?" he asks a few strange people who I didn't notice before they came out of hiding.

My sister replied. "My sister Scarlet wanted to see me tonight; she was in town."
Atlas jumps on my sister, who shoves him away.
I stand perfectly still, feeling my heart beating profusely.
"Let's go inside, Alexander," Emily says with a seductive smile.
He smirks at her.

It eased my nervousness for a split second before he said.
"Now why would we do that?" he asked her, but he was staring directly at me with a piercing gaze. Possessiveness and anger rolled off him in waves.
"Well, so we can have some fun," she tells him with a wink.

I start to slowly walk to the car.
"Where do you think you're going, Scarlet?" Tony asks me standing by my father's car, Harry, standing close by.
"I just wanted to see my sister, so I should be off now," I say quickly.

"We won't be having any fun, Emily; you aren't my wife," he tells her.
She has a shocked face.
"What are you talking about, Alexander?" She asked, confused.

"Don't you remember signing the divorce paperwork? Or was that, dear Scarlet?" He asked, looking at her more than me.
"So you don't want me?" She asked him.
"Not at all." He replied coldly.

I sense now that I should leave. This was all done. I take another step toward my dad's car.
"I didn't say you could go anywhere, Scarlet, or should I say wife?" He spat out, intently staring at me.
Did he just refer to me as his wife?

"I think you are mistaken, Alexander; I'm not your wife," I say, stepping back once more, but Tony grabs me as my sister practically runs to the car.
"No, I think you are mistaken, Mrs. Morris. You remember at that paperwork you sighed?" He taunts me, striding over to me. My sister is in the car. They are waiting, thankfully.

I shake my head nervously. "Well, you signed a marriage license; you are my wife, he tells me.
I get angry. "You can't do this; you tricked me!" I shout at him, about to slap him with my left hand, and he catches it with ease.

"Oh, wife, I thought I told you to keep your ring on. Tsk, tsk, I also told you to ask before going outside, you better say bye to your family. You have a long morning ahead of you." He tells me smugly.
