♫ I try, I try to make you cry
Will you love me?
Oh, I would say, 'yes'
Oh, I would say, 'yes'
The need to be the best before the need to rest
Oh, I would say, 'yes'
Oh, I would say, 'yes'
See, my wait is you, my wait is you
My wait is you and I won't go on
See, my wait is you, my wait is you
My wait is you and I won't go on
To make the pain, defuse the flame can be trying
Oh, I would say
Oh, I would say, 'yes'
See, my wait is you, my wait is you
My wait is you and I won't go on
See, my wait is you, my wait is you
My wait is you and I won't go on

˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ MILA WHINED as she looked up at Evin and crossed her arms over her chest like a small child having a temper tantrum. Evin looked down at her with a light smile on his face. He crossed his arms over his chest, almost mocking her in a way. "Why can't I come with you?" She groaned, stomping her feet only adding to the child tempter tantrum. Evin laughed at the sight below him.

It's been an around five months since the trio made it to the church. Rick had just announced that they were running low on food and water and needed people to go on a run with him and Daryl. Connor and Evin volunteered and surprisingly he allowed this. Evin could feel the death glare Carl was giving him. It's been none stop for the past hour and a half. Evin knew how much Carl wanted to go on a run but Rick just wouldn't let him. It made Evin feel bad for him...only a little bit.

Evin knew how protective Rick was of his first child. He couldn't blame him really. Living in a world like this? It was a no brainier. Frankly Evin thought Carl was lucky to have such a caring father in his life. At least Evin still had his mother. Jane, his mom had changed quite a bit from the last time he saw her. The last time he saw her; when the whole apocalypse just started she had short dark brown hair. She always had this look on her face. Evin couldn't really explain it but it always made him feel uneasy.

Now after seeming her again after such a long time Evin could really see the change in her. Her dark brown hair which is a little lighter now has grown out. Quite a bit frankly. Her hair used to end at her shoulders and now it is where her bellybutton would be. That same old look she used to have on her face ever since his father passed away was now gone. She seemed lighter now. More happy and free. It made Evin happy seeing his mother more carefree now. More happy and herself.

When their real father died his mother completely changed. Evin was only nine at the time, turning ten in the next few months. Mila turned seven just two weeks prior. Evin knew how much Jane loved her lost husband. How much she cared for him and what she should have done just to protect him if he was still here. He was a great father, the best frankly.

Every Friday, after their dad got done with work they would have a family outing. They would go to different places all the time. That being to the movies, out on walks or going to a restaurant. Their dad did everything for them. Everything to keep them safe and happy. But just as all the fun began it soon had to end too. Everything good comes to an end eventually. Nothing good will last forever. Evin sadly leaned that the hard way.
