NOW PLAYING: Passing Out Pieces
By Mac DeMarco

♫ Watching my life passing right in front of my eyes
Hell of a story, or is it boring?
Can't claim to care, never been reluctant to share
Passing out pieces of me, don't you know nothing comes for free?
What mom don't know had taken its toll on me
It's all I've been that can't be wiped clean
It's hard to believe what it's made of me
Passing my life, living out with her side
Listening closing, hearing her mostly
Can't shake concern, seems that every time that I turn
I'm passing out pieces of me, don't you know nothing comes for free?
What mom don't know has taken its toll on me
It's all I've seen that can't be wiped clean
It's hard to believe what it's made of me
Yeah ♫

˚₊· ͟͟͞͞➳❥ EVIN STILL couldn't believe what was happening. What just happened even. His mom was alive. She was living and breathing. She was alive. It baffled him to the point he thought he gone completely mad. Maybe he did. Maybe all he saw was fake and his mom wasn't alive really. But seeing the sight in front of him, Evin is praying to whatever God is out there that this isn't fake.

Evin smiled lovingly at the sight of his little sister curled up in their mother's arms as she slept peacefully. Evin knew how much Mila missed their mom. He could see just how happy she was to finally see her again. It made him happy seeing her happy.

Their mom wasn't really all that motherly through a part of their life but Evin could tell she wanted to change. That she wanted to be better. Better not only for herself but for her two children as well. Before their real dad died she was just like how she is now. Evin forgot just how much he missed this. How much he missed the motherly love he so dearly craved for
over the years.

His mother motioned him to come over and sit down next to her. With a light smile on his face and no hesitation he got up and walked over to his family. Taking a seat next to his mother. Not too far away from them sat Maggie and Glenn, two people he just learned the names of. Maggie was resting her head against her husband's shoulder as she slept. Glenn held her tightly in his arms. The two were quite
a cute pair.

"Rick will be back soon." Jane told him in a soft quiet tone as to not wake the sleeping thirteen year old in her arms. Evin simply nodded his head not really understanding where she was going with this. Jane must of realised this as she began to elaborate a bit more. "He's got this little thing where he will ask people his 'three questions' before he will allow you into the group" She smiled down at Evin.

Three questions? Allow them into the group? Evin was starting to panic slightly as he looked to Jane then down at Mila then all the way over at Connor who was currently going off at Daryl over something overly stupid. Jane once again could sense the worry in her son's expression as she placed a soft hand on his shoulder. Evin looked back over at his mom. "Don't worry, you'll be okay" she reassured making Evin feel a little less tense.

Just like he knew they were talking about him, Rick and two others he didn't know the name off walked through the door. Rick sighed heavily as he placed his bag on one of the many seats and walked into the middle of the room with his arms on his hips. Jane nudged her son to go over to Rick. He glared at his mother before getting up, signalling for Connor to follow and not long after the two teens were standing in front of Rick.
