All the dragons around turned their heads to stare at the small orange dragonet. Amber suddenly seemed to look a little stressed over all the sudden attention.
Maybe she's still wearily about Shiver— I'd understand that, Futureseer thought. As time slowly ticked by, someone finally spoke up.
"Well? What's this so great plan you have? You're wasting my time," Shiver growled. Amber winced. Sapphire took a step forward toward her but Futureseer held her back.
"The five dragonets of the prophecy," Amber began to mutter. "Sapphire and Futureseer, two out of five." Futureseer tilted his head wonderingly.
"Could Shiver be one? And... maybe travel with us to the Kingdom of Sand?" Futureseer eyes widened at Amber.
"What?! But he's an enemy! A danger to us! There is no way he can be part of the prophecy!" he roared spreading his wings. Amber winced and shrunk back. Futureseer realized he was putting too much pressure on her. He closed in his wings. Shiver looked bewildered.
"What prophecy? What are you talking about? Also, I'm never going to travel with that fleabag," he said glancing at Futureseer.
Insult me all he wants. It's not going to do anything— he's just wasting his breath.
Amber sighed. "It's... well, it's a long story. I guess we'll explain it to you." She walked toward Shiver and started explaining their adventure of how they met and their friend, Catfish got caught. All ending into how they were on a journey to find the rest of the prophecy dragons.
Shiver raised his brow. "A possible world-ending prophecy you say?" Amber nodded. "Well, I'm not up to it. You can do all your silly shenanigans while I'll be off on my duty. But if we meet again..." he growled, mostly to Futureseer, "I won't be as merciful."
"Wait! That means you're leaving?" Amber protested, taking a step toward Shiver.
Futureseer muttered, "Amber, you fool. It's a good thing that he's leaving."
Shiver nodded and in a blink of an eye, he had taken off toward the sky to find his patrol once again. Amber faltered. She frowned. Futureseer smiled.
At least my friends are safe again, he took a glance toward Amber. I still don't know why she'd be so willingly to befriend an enemy— though she did become friends with Sapphire and Catfish... Futureseer started thinking that he was wrong, and that Amber could succeed in befriending anyone, really.
No! Sapphire and Catfish helped her— this dragon was going to attack her.
Amber sighed and reunited with her friends.
"So, continue on our hunting trip?" Sapphire laughed, trying to change the mood. Futureseer smiled at the dark blue dragon, appreciating her trying to make everyone happy again.
"Yeah, let's go," he replied.

"I want to learn more about the war."
"What?" Futureseer asked, startled as the dragonet's dark green eyes glimmered in the soon setting sun. He raised a brow at Sapphire.
She should know more about the SeaWing-NightWing War if she's going to be part of this war-ending prophecy, Futureseer thought. He came to a conclusion.
"I guess you really should know. I'm assuming you already know the beginning of it, yes?" he asked her.
"Yes, that my father and mother so called 'conspired' with each others to destroy each others' tribes," Sapphire carelessly said, rolling her eyes. Futureseer tilted his head. He never seen her act so . . . carelessly before.
"Yes. The NightWing's main goal is to get rid of Queen Azure to stop the war. But getting there so will be difficult. So they allied with the SandWings and SkyWings," Futureseer explained. He thought for a moment and wanted to explain the reason why.
"They chose SkyWings so they can keep an eye on the SeaWings since their kingdoms are somewhat close to each other. SandWing so they can keep intact. The SeaWings did the same with IceWings and MudWings."
Sapphire acknowledged this curiously. Futureseer explained about the NightWing's side plans and what they think of the SeaWings. He couldn't get to the main plan though, he was just a dragonet. Eventually, the sun had fully sank. The three moons were slowly rising.
Futureseer started to get up. His limbs ached for staying in one place for so long. He stretched out his wings and went to join Amber.
"Let's get ready for a bit of flying. We're almost at the Kingdom of Sand after all," he pointed out. Amber turned and her eyes widened.
"The SandWing Kingdom!" She exclaimed.
"Go fetch Sapphire and we'll head on our journey," the NightWing dragonet dismissed Amber as she went to find Sapphire. Futureseer took in a breath of fresh air. It was a couple of days since he had been this calm. After the whole rescue mission and prophecy thing, he was always so tensed. Now, he could just listen to the crickets chirping, the leaves rustling. And the faint calls of owls rising from their daytime slumber.
As Futureseer was relaxing and just listening to nature, Amber and Sapphire had eventually came back. He turned around and waved at the both of them.
"Ready?" Sapphire asked.
"I'm ready!" Amber exclaimed.
"Me too," Futureseer answered. The three spread out their wings and took off into the sky. They followed a current to the west where they would hopefully find an animus.
The moons were almost at their highest point when Amber, Sapphire, and Futureseer landed in the sand. They had found territory of the Kingdom of Sand. The top layer of sand was quite hot even in the cold night, but if dugout, the cooler sand would be revealed. They had settled in this quiet area and made a small camp.
Sapphire was first to go to sleep, but Amber and Futureseer were still awake. Futureseer was feeling a bit drowsy and was beginning to pass out, but Amber suddenly came into his vision.
"Uhm, Futureseer?" The SkyWing whispered.
"Yes?" Futureseer nearly mumbled.
"If we're on a journey for this prophecy... and Sapphire has a Twilight Star..." Amber's voice died away. It was a few moments of silence before she spoke up again. "Doesn't that mean you have to get a Twilight Star?"
