Two waning crescent moons were rising at the brisk of dusk. The NightWing dragonet, Futureseer, the SkyWing dragonet, Amber, and the SeaWing-NightWing hybrid dragonet, Sapphire, were all flying along the border of the Kingdom of Sand and Sky Kingdom.
Sapphire kept looking toward the south into the ocean. Futureseer wondered why.
Oh, she must miss Reef Beach, he noted in his mind.
Amber yawned, bags under her eyes. Sapphire changed her direction slightly so she could fly by Amber.
"Sleepy?" Sapphire asked. Amber gave a small nod. "I'm sure once we've cross the border, we can find a place to sleep. I'm quite tired, too." Amber smiled.
"Then I'll be sleeping for half a century!" the young dragonet joked. Sapphire giggled. Her dark green eyes slowly turned toward Futureseer. The NightWing noticed her gaze and turned his head to look at her.
"What are you thinking about?" Sapphire asked. Futureseer closed his eyes for a moment.
"I'm quite tired," he said, not wanting to talk about what was on his mind.
"Oh, c'mon on. I know you have something more to share," Sapphire pushed him on. Futureseer sighed.
"Okay. It's just that I've been thinking. . . How will we find a second Twilight Star?" Futureseer asked. Sapphire nodded in acknowledgment.
"Maybe if we sleep now, it'll magically appear in our dreams," Amber groaned. Sapphire shook her head.
"Just a bit longer and then you can have a good night's sleep," she told Amber. Sapphire turned her focus back to Futureseer.
"Maybe, if we use the Legends of The Twilight Stars scroll more, we can find more information on how to find them," Sapphire suggested.
"Are you sure that'll work?" Futureseer asked.
"We can still try," Sapphire insisted. Futureseer nodded.
"Alright then."

All three dragonets had arrived at the edge of Sky Kingdom territory. Amber had immediately found a soft pile of leaves to sleep in, using her large wings as a blanket. Sapphire had taken out a scroll from her pouch, unrolling it on the ground. She grabbed a couple of heavy coins from her pouch to use them as paperweight. The dark-blue dragonet waved her wing, beckoning for Futureseer to come.
Sapphire pointed her talon at the scroll once Futureseer had come to lay down beside her.
"Here. We can start reading now," Sapphire whispered. Futureseer nodded. "Let's read the first two paragraphs."
Futureseer stared at the scroll, opening his mouth, and began reading quietly for the two of them to hear,

"From a far, distant land, five objects were enchanted by a dragon by the name of Twilight. Twilight enchanted these objects to have power to make a major event. As long as the five dragons who obtained these talismans all agreed and truly wanted deep in their hearts to the same wish," Futureseer took a deep breath, then continued reading. "The objects were named to be called the 'Twilight Stars' after their maker, Twilight."
The Stars were hidden across the continent in which only those worthy enough could find them. Each talisman had it's own shape, it's own ability. Details are lost through time, but some distinctive features are known. The first Twilight Star, known as 'The Scroll of Truth' stating that this object was a scroll was to be said that if a dragon wrote any question in it, they would get the answer. But it would cost something from them. Sometimes, the scroll would not answer if the user was not worthy enough to know," Futureseer finished.

Sapphire blinked. "I have read this scroll many times before but... wow. I was never able to read most of the words," she said. Futureseer's dark navy-blue eyes darted toward Sapphire.
"Maybe I can help you learn how to read more," Futureseer suggested. Sapphire smiled, but then shook her head.
"As much as I would love that, we have to focus on the prophecy first, to save the world from whatever evil we're facing up against," Sapphire stated. Futureseer sighed. He had never wanted to face a world-ending prophecy, but the few adventures he had had, Futureseer had learned so much; that SandWings could be animus', to the fact that the war was so dangerous, an entire town had refused their own Queen's orders.
Futureseer was caught off guard as he felt a few droplets of water splash on his head. He looked up at the sky, noticing that the two moons had been covered by a blanket of large, heavy clouds. More rain started falling as the trees and undergrowth slowly became wet. Sapphire was busy putting away her scroll to make sure it wouldn't get wet. A sudden struck of lighting bursted from the sky, making Sapphire jump back and Amber wake up.
"It's raining?" Amber complained. Sapphire nodded. Rain slowly fell harder, the grass being soaked to the ground. Futureseer lifted his talon up, realizing it was all muddy.
"Amber, now that you're awake we can get a move on," Futureseer told her. The orange dragonet groaned.
"Fine," Amber muttered. Right when Futureseer was about to fly into the air, a strong wind pushed him out of the sky. Futureseer landed on his side. He rolled across the wet grass and sat up. He stared at the ground.
"Uhm, I think the water is rising," Futureseer told the others. Sapphire looked down at her feet. The water was already above the dragonets' talons.
"Then let's fly," Amber said. She jumped up into the air, flapping her wings, but just like Futureseer, the wind knocked her out of the air.
Futureseer looked around frantically. The trees' branches were swinging around, some even breaking off. Futureseer dropped down to the ground as a blast of wind knocked him off his feet. He slowly got up again as thunder boomed.
"We really need to get out of here," Futureseer frantically said. Sapphire nodded. Futureseer looked up at the sky as the clouds finally covered the moons fully. Futureseer blinked, his eyes adjusting to the darkness. He heard scales hit against a tree as Amber shrieked. Futureseer turned around and spotted her.
"I can't see anything!" Amber yelped. Futureseer walked toward her.
"It's Futureseer. I can guide you," he told the young dragonet. Amber nodded, squinting her eyes as she turned to look at Futureseer. Futureseer looked down, realizing the water was rising quicker. It was already at his forearm. He spread out one wing to guide Amber.
"Sapphire! We have to fly now," Futureseer called out. He saw a SeaWing dragonet emerging from the shadows.
Sapphire! Futureseer thought. He paused as he finally saw the color of the dragon. It was not Sapphire.
Futureseer growled, his eyes scanning the stranger. It was a purplish-indigo SeaWing with blue eyes. She was smaller than Futureseer, but bigger than Sapphire. The dragonet finally noticed Futureseer and Amber.
"Who are you?!" Futureseer roared. The SeaWing jumped back. Amber shuffled closer to Futureseer.
The purplish dragon's eyes darted to the orange dragonet beside Futureseer.
"Amber!" the stranger exclaimed. The orange dragonet looked up, her eyes adjusting to the dark.
"It's me Squid," the dragonet said, her bioluminescent scales lighting up to reveal a scrawny young dragonet. Amber blinked and took a step forward. Futureseer hesitated, unsure whether he should stop her.
"Squid!" Amber exclaimed, running up to the dragonet. Futureseer was taken aback. He attempted to follow her, but heard someone yelling in the distance.
"Squid! By all the moons, what are you doing here?" Sapphire suddenly emerged from nowhere, running up to the older dragonet.
"Sapphire!" The purplish dragonet wrapped her wings around Sapphire, smiling.
"What's going on?" Futureseer shouted. Sapphire turned and noticed him.
"Futureseer! This is my friend, Squid. I grew up with her in Reef Beach," Sapphire gestured with her wing as Squid smiled. Futureseer nodded, he relaxed. Suddenly, he heard Amber yelp.
As he attempted to turn, he felt that he was walking through water. Futureseer gasped as water dunked Amber's head underneath. Lightning raked the sky, lighting up the four dragonets. Futureseer heard a splash behind him as Sapphhire swam through the water and pulled Amber up to surface.
"Quick! The area is flooding, we have to get out of here!" Sapphire ordered. Squid jumped into the sky, helping Sapphire pull Amber out of the water. Futureseeer began taking flight once all three dragonets were in the air.
Turning, his eyes widened as a tree branch was flying towards him. He felt a wave of heat fly by him as Amber burned the branch, causing it to fall. Futureseer turned and nodded his thanks.
"Squid, what are you doing here?" Amber asked. The purplish dragonet shook her head.
"I'll explain later, c'mon now," Squid said as she flew ahead. Wind blew strongly against Futureseer's wings as he followed the SeaWing dragonet. Rain pitted-pattered against his scales as they all flew through the dark night sky. Sapphire was flying close to Amber, guiding her.

It had already stopped raining and the sky was clearing when the dragonets had landed in a not so flooded area. Futureseer panted, relieved that he was finally on ground. He looked back up as a worried glance covered Squid's face.
"Squid, what's wrong? Why did you fly all the way here?" Sapphire asked, twining her tail with the dragonet. Squid looked down at her talons, as if wondering if she should say anything.
"Squid?" Amber prompted. The young dragonet sighed, look at the three.
"Is it important?" Futureseer spoke up. Squid stayed silent for a few moments. She finally looked up at them, her blue eyes filled with worry and fear.
"It's bad," she began, "It's really, really bad." Squid paused. Futureseer walked a little closer as the dragonet quietly breathed.
"It's about the prophecy. Starhunter — I think that was her name — she flew all the way to Reef Beach to talk to Nightroar," Squid began explaining.
"Go on," Sapphire prompted. Squid swallowed hard.
"Starhunter, she had a vision. Another prophecy, or a side one, but . . ." Squid stopped, then continued. "She told us what it said. It said, Forest and Night will come together, so says the Ferncatcher. But if not stopped, many will be lost, unless one can find the scroll of answers."
