Priscilla POV

We ran up the stairs and spent about thirty minutes listening to their music and researching their recent tours and interview, the last thing you want to do when you interview a new band is use tired questions.

I sat back in my chair and sighed "God, their music is so good."

"I know right, you don't ever hear any music like this anymore, most people who try to bring back the rock vibe sound like shit."

"I could sit and listen to this all day, and don't even get me started on the bassist."

Astrid looked at me, "I don't know what you're talking about because he doesn't even compare to the guitarist, God he's hot."

"I mean yeah he's cute, but the other one, Sam I think, is definitely better looking."

"What do you mean, they look the same, plus Jake plays guitar."

"First of all, not every man who plays the guitar is hot, second of all, Sam has way better hair, and he plays more than one instrument."

"Whatever, I'm not arguing with you on this." Astrid looked down at her watch, "Shit, we're gonna be late again, it's 11:50."

"Time to meet the man of my dreams! Let's go!" I shouted, grabbing her bag.

Twenty minutes later at Di Fara Pizza.

Astrid and I stepped into the restaurant looking for the four boys they were supposed to be interviewing. "Where are they, I thought they were meeting us at noon?" Astrid asked

"Maybe they're just as irresponsible as I am!" I aughed

"I can deal with one of you Pris, but not five." Astrid groaned.

"What? I thought that you liked me?" I said.

Astrid patted me on the shoulder, "Don't worry, I do," she reassured me, "sometimes."

The girls kept talking for about twenty minutes before the door to the pizza place swung open and in walked four guys, three of them short with similar faces, and the last tall with a unique nose. The tall one approached the hostess desk, "Party of six for Lange I believe."

"Right this way, the rest of your party is already seated." The hostess said as she led them over to where we were sitting. God, Sam was gorgeous, he had the most beautiful eyes. Most guys with brown eyes are boring, but his sort of sparkled in the sunlight.

"Are you Astrid and Priscilla?" He asked, extending a hand.

I could barely speak, "I, uh-uh" I stuttered

"Yes," Astrid said, shaking his hand. "I'm Astrid."

"Sam!" He said, "These are my brothers, Jake and Josh, and this is my best friend Danny, basically another brother!"

"Yeah, hi, uh, it's nice to meet y'all." I managed to say.

"Mind if we sit?" Josh asked

"Of course not! We already got some garlic bread on the way!" Astrid said

"Perfect!" Jake said.

"LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED!" Josh shouted.

We had a good time and mostly just chatted about what the week would hold. They were genuinely the funniest guys I had ever met, well, except for Danny. He seemed really quiet and shy, and I need exciting people in my life. Sadly I found out that Sam had a girlfriend, Hannah something or other. Of course I wasn't too upset, I'd only met the man today, but I could still admire him from a far. At the end of the meal Astrid went to put down the card."Don't even think about it!" Jake said, "We've got it."

"I really appreciate it, but this was our treat for you." Astrid tried to explain.

"Not a fucking chance," he said, "You already have to follow us around all week, it's the least we can do." He stared at her for a second before she retreated back into her seat and he set down the card.

"So, what are we off to now?" Josh asked. "How about a bar?"

"A bar?" I asked in shock, "It's only like 2 in the afternoon."

"Hey! It's five o' clock somewhere!" Josh said, wrapping his arm around me and dragging me out of the restaurant.

"Woah, woah, woah!" Astrid said, grabbing my arm. "Why don't we go see the recording studio, then you can do all the day drinking you want!"

"Your friend is so boring." Josh groaned, jokingly.

Astrid looked down, slightly hurt by the comment. I knew that he was joking but, she always had a hard time telling when others were being sarcastic. Right as I was about to say something, Jake playfully tossed an arm around her, "I think that sounds like a great idea!"

Astrid looked up at him, "Thank you," she said softly, blushing.

"Probably best if we're sober when we meet the producer for the first time." Jake said laughing.

Danny laughed, "He definitely doesn't want to meet a drunk Josh!"

After a little while they reached the recording studio and explored the best places for acoustics in the building. The producer showed us where we would be sitting while the guys recorded so that Astrid could take some good pictures, while we could still hear them to get direct quotes for the article. We finished touring the facility around 4 and Josh was more than elated to be out of there. He dragged us over to a speakeasy on time square, barely evening, yet he was jonesing for a good salty dog. In the back of the bar there were a few pool tables, so I grabbed my whiskey and headed on over.

"Anyone up for a game?" I shouted at the boys.

Danny started to stand up, "I'm always down for a game of pool!" Sam said rushing behind you, causing Danny to sit back down.

"Don't be sad Daniel! You can play winner." I said playfully.

"Hey!" Sam said, offended. "Only I call him Daniel."

"My bad Sam!" I said, throwing my hands up in defense. He laughed and we began our drunken game of pool.

"Wow dude, she is kicking your ass!" Josh screamed into Sam's face.

"Shut up!" He said, "I'm having a comeback, trust." He said... he had four balls left, I had the eight ball. He did indeed not have a comeback and jumped up onto the table in victory.

"All hail Priscilla, Queen of the table!" I shouted. The boys all started to wave their hands in mocking glory but Astrid just started to freak out.

"Are you kidding me?" She said, stressed, "You're gonna get us kicked out Pris!"

"Nah! You're stressing over nothing!" Josh said to her between bows. Sadly, she was not stressing over nothing, while I was pretending to be a queen accepting praise from her subjects, security was making their way over. They motioned for me to get off the table and explained that we were making too much noise, and that it was time for us to leave. We stepped out onto time square at about nine thirty into the freezing air.

"Fuck it's cold out here!" Astrid spat into the air, rubbing her shoulders.

"Here, take my jacket." Jake said, pulling off his black felt coat. Astrid blushed as he placed it around her shoulders.

"Thank you," she said, pulling it tighter, "I really appreciate it."

"No problem." He said smiling.

"Well ladies!" Josh said, slurring his words, "I think it's time for us to bid you a do." He said, grabbing my hand and placing a kiss on top.

"Good night to you, good sir!" I said, placing a kiss back on his.

"Bye guys, be safe." Danny said, waving slightly.

We all finished saying our goodbyes and Astrid and I began to make our away back to the subway. The whole ride home she was silent, never in my life has my best friend been so quiet. When I asked her why she was so quiet, she turned to be smiling, cheeks red as the sun. God my best friend was falling for a rock star, we definitely had some things to discuss when we got home.
