𝐘/𝐍'𝐒 𝐏𝐎𝐕

i woke up at around 10 the next morning. i had no idea when walker wanted me over and i realized i didn't have his number.

i started to get ready anyway, throwing on a baby tee and wide leg sweatpants. i curled my lashes and put on aquaphor.

"that's good enough."

i went downstairs and smelled my mother's amazing cooking. she made pancakes, eggs, and bacon which i practically inhaled.

i went back upstairs and realized what was actually happening.

i was going to walker scobell's house. the boy i've hated for 11 long years. to help him with his esssy.

i do the only sensible thing.

i call tricia.

"tricia i need your help." i say as soon as she picks up.

she raises her brow. "okay, shoot."

"so you know how i don't like walker and how he used to bully me?"

"yeah?"

"well he invited me to his house to help him with his homework."

her eyes widened. "what?"

i nodded.

"well that wasn't on my 2024 bingo card."

"what do i do?!" i whine.

"what do you mean? you're going to go there and help him."

"it's not that easy."

"'course it is. just don't make fun of him."

"but he has a very make funable face."

she rolled her eyes. "y/n-"

i heard my doorbell ring.

tricia grinned. "looks like walkie's here."

i sighed. "alright, i'll talk to you later."

"keep me posted. love you."

"love you too." i hung up the phone then made my way downstairs.

i see my mom talking to walker with a shocked look on her face.

"y/n! you didn't tell me you and walker were friends now!" she looked at me and smiled.

"well technically we didn't-"

walker cut me off. "yup! let's go y/n."

"bye sweetie." my mom gave me a quick hug.

when we got outside, walker closed the door behind him. "looks like someone fixed their hair today!"

"the lost irish princess called, she wants her hair back."
